i didnt mention elantra did i ? plus doesnt it bother you the so called latest model still has almost similar features installed and less quality tires and plastics? the steering wheel back plastic cover aslo has gaps its misalign type even the no of airbags is same of 10 year and your so called latest with the exception of sensing in rs with a price difference of almost 2 million between both products ..the performance is less then prev model turbo and yet we see people(biased)owners defending it overhere ..its much better to buy a sonata at this price tag then this overpriced product . the habit of defending is what's the problem here it also got to do with the visuals (seeing is believing) and in no way your statement that the plastic quality is better is valid . even the steering rack fault is unfixed only the seats are better which were thin bucket type before . the door plastics have gap in them and of lower quality, the drl fusing i have also seen in civicx but mostly evident in elantras..while grande is mostly issue free car.

XI RS is the worst car ever produced on the planet. I hope that statement helps ease whatever issues you have with the car.

Everyone sees value for money differently because anyone who bought or plans buy to XI RS could have easily bought Elantra or Corolla instead and saved cash too. Panel gaps exist in every car. Looking at a car with measuring tape in your eyes isn’t the most practical way. Corolla and Elantra have panel gaps too. Just not in the same places where Civic has.

The only things that matter in interior are the “quality” of materials/parts, how well they hold up over time and most importantly design/creature comfort.

EVERYTHING else is just noise on forums like PW meant to distract, do point scoring and waste time.

This writer/blogger is someone who can't even write accurate information that's publicly available. Here is an other article from him full of errors and factual mistakes. For example, as per him new Elantra has Lane Keep Assist, Collision mitigation braking system. In his earlier article he wrote that RS has 16" rims and has Android Auto. At least he fixed that mistake partially. But its still full of comedy.

Salam everyone, please guide me to authentic dealer for Dunlops or Bridgestone Tires in LHR. I require 215/50/R17 for my X. Currently using Bridgestone Ecopia and the tires were driven 80% on Long routes and lasted 50k. Reason for not choosing Yokohama is that I travel to Industries on every imaginable road and can't be sitting at puncture shops on weekends. Shahrayar traders has Dunlop Veuro but 2022. Appreciate your support. Thanks

@consigliori Pakistan Rubber Tyre company seems to be the official distributor for Bridgestone. Their dealers list is here, though can’t seem to find any in Lahore.

As for Dunlop, it doesn’t really have direct presence in most countries as it is owned by Goodyear and Continental . In Malaysia Continental operates it and I guess most imports are from there. In Japan it is run by Sumitomo ..

I suggest you look at official distributors of Continental tires in Pakistan which is this one:

Or find Sunitomo distributors.

Overall I’d avoid Dunlop as they don’t seem to have official presence here and most tires will be questionable.

Get continental they have official listing on their website, also Yoko but get the one which isn’t prone to punctures (certainly not Advan DB).

civic 11th gen is way more premium then Civic X.
comfort is excellent, drive is smooth and features like ADAS are excellent.

Yes due to body weight, 11th gen is slightly slower then X turbo.
but on rolling 11th gen is much better.

Now for Oriel vs Oriel.
first things first.
Civic 11th gen Oriel has massive amounts of torque, 187 Nm Torque compared to 170 of Civic X.
Civic 11th Gen is also newer at the time of the test, so the break in period isn't completed,

Also on rolling Civic 11th Gen is way qay quicker then 10th Gen.

And what features are we missing out on in 11th Gen.

RS has ADAS (the only sedan in pakistan to have this)
turbo charged engine (again the only sedan in pakistan to have this)
Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror
Auto Head Lamps
Rain Sensing Vipers
Paddle Shifters
Dual Zone Auto AC
Rear AC Vents
Ambient Lights
Mode Selector
Child Isofix seats
Excellent Comfort, compared to Civic X
Excellent Handling, stability and road grip much better then X
Excellent Braking better then X.
More Fuel Efficient then X .
And now it offers Wireless Charger as well (it was introduced in 2024)
Also it offers Heated Mirrors, for 2 years untill Elantra Hybrid it was the only car with this features.

Also REAR camera with Dynamic Guidelines.

Exclusive Rims and Rear Spoiler and Exclusive All Black Interior, (Oriel's head liner isn't black when we opt for black interior)

RS is an excellent car, in it's segment, untill Elantra Hybrid arrived it was the most feature packed sedan in Pakistan.

RS was the first ever sedan in Pakistan to bring about Ambient Lights as standard in Cars.

You can't say Atlas failed there launch.

What Honda did not improve in this gen from previous

Horrible noise insulation and alot of tire noise
steering rack issue again in this gen
overall fit n finish and build quality of Honda locally made is CRAP(seat squeeking on bumps)
Also:
This car has a manufacturing fault where wind noise comes in from windows above 110,which is very annoying

What this car has going for itself is longer wheelbase , better fuel economy , looks beautiful.

I had 3, X gen civics previously (2016 ,2017, 2021)and have this 11th gen Oriel (2022) now as a 3rd car , I would be very hesitant buying a car from Atlas Honda in the future.

imo honda ruined the pricing of c sedan category and allowed other to also increase price as much as they want..in 1 cr sonata is much better deal because the rs is inferior both built quality and feature wise except in safety as it has adas
