When you go about importing stuff from abroad, invariably there's a bit of hesitation in readily believing the seller / exporter. To be honest, this is exactly what I was undergoing, at the time of purchase of the LS1 for the Six Foe. This despite assurances from the gentleman who was importing the motor for me.
I'm happy to report that this 'fear' if it can be called that, has been allayed by the provision of the dyno figures for the engine 

The peak power at the rear wheels (or rwhp) is 468 rwhp. This equates to exactly 585 hp (at the crank) at 5300 rpm. 
Peak torque is 475 lb-ft at the rear wheels. This turns out to be 594 lb-ft of torque (at the crank), at 4500 rpm. 
We're hopeful of getting delivery of this monster powerplant in two to three weeks, Insha Allah. This is certainly good news, and certainly allays my concerns about the motor we're getting. Aagey bhi Allah Ta'ala khair khairiyat farmaaye. Ameen!
