you very intelligent , really i watch that pic for many min but this thing doesnt come in my mind , inspite of the fact that once i have use this tool , but in big size ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you know vespa ? ,,,,,,,,,,,(i am a big fan of it and i have restored my dad's vespa) there is no head gas kit on it , its desighn in a way that you wont need any gaskit ,,,,,,,,,,,,years before my vespa leaks some pressure from head and cylinder ,,,,,,,,,,so i plan to make a gas kit for it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and in that i use this tool which have a diameter of about 57mm

btw reez, when repanelling door cards, use a very thin layer 3mm of open cell foam on the back of the vinyl - it will give that original soft feel and slightly help to deaden some drumming noise too, and buy some butyl tape - its a roll of very sticky rubber to stick the plastic moisture barrier to the doors. (its what VW used as OE).

that tape was available in Karachi and it was locally made, it comes wrapped in plastic, you peel the plastic and pull the tape, it extends, then you stick it to the door in a bead shape - ask some car A/C shops they use it to seal holes in the firewall and also ask some proper interior restoration places. Car dealerships would obviously have it. Even lowly Suzuki would have it.

Anyway if its really a pain to locate - SAMAD BOND zindabad - just be gentle so you dont make a mess and leave the windows open for a day to rid of the petrol smell it has.
