1994 Toyota Surf Overheats when AC is on

Dear members, I have a toyota surf 1994 and completely rebuild it. Everything has become new except car overheats when AC is turned on. Tried everything and even the AC technician is frustrated. Please help someone.

Where is the car? What ac components are used on which engine

The car is in Quetta. They call it 17 number compressor used on 1kz 3.0 engine. Condenser changed to good condition kabuli. Compressor also kabuli.

Condensor shouldn't be kabli, and 17 number is a very heavy compressor

Okay can you tell me which compressor to use. I think there is no new parts available for 1994 model surf. I wish new condenser was available so won't have bought kabli.

They are available, you just need to know the right places to get it. You need a technical fellow who understands the system. Throwing parts at it doesn't work. Ac is a technical field and most of the mechanics don't know how to do it

Check the cooling system, specially the radiator for blockage

Radiator installed brand new, checked water pump, it was okay. Installed new thermostat. Condenser new, Compressor new, Cooling coil cleaned. Added new clutch oil to the radiator fan. Checked head gas kit and it was okay.

Everything checked and inspected, but no solution. It still heats up when AC is on.

open the radiator cap and no bubbles we coming out. Also engine oil was not muddy and smoke is not coming out of exhaust.
