The AC for BR-V is awesome.. Its pretty efficient. Suni sunai nahi hai.. as I own a BRV. The middle AC works like a chram... chilled AC.. Even in hot temp.. it wroks perfect. Blow is quite efficeint too.. 1 thing I like about it that even when you open the rear AC, there is no effect on the front AC ... So in short the AC performance is brilliant

If I were you, I'd place my bet on Ciaz, firstly it's a new sedan, which is more roomier, it comes in the same tax bracket as BRV, but it is far cheaper than closest competition. I personally like it's interior finish, give a new look. Plus it's taller than a city and more powerful than both GLi and City. Suzuki has a bad reputation with discontinuing sedans but otherwise the imported version is good. Somehow I don't find it's front grill attractive. Rest it's a fine car and personally I'm considering upgrading to Ciaz too..

Right now I have shortlisted Altis 1.6 immobilizer version for the following reasons
1.Resale
2.Sedan like shape brv exterior is not liked by many
3.Best Ground clearance and handling some how better then Gli

I am using nh BRV from past 5 months

1. 2nd row 3 people sit easily and decent leg space. Not too spacious but decent
2. Suspension very good especually on bumpy road you are comfortable.
3. Seats are bid hard. Still better than gli but overall lower than civic.
4. Road clerance is good
5. Power is awsome. Just went to peer chinasi of 1 hour of steep drive, with 5 people, zero issue.
6. Ac is excellent. No issue in that.
7. Mileage is bit low. In islamabad it give between 11-12. Motorway around 10 on 120-130 speed.

I suggest go for full option brv. So no modification from market should be done.

Altis 1.6 any day. Btv and gli lack alot of features and in short, brv is overpriced and altis is better than gli in terms of accel and fuel economy

Due to recent increase in Price its very difficult to Buy new car specially corrola

I am looking for low mileage 2017 Altis .

Br-V resale is also not good because I noticed many owners are not ready to sell their cars with 1-2 lac depreciation.
Yesterday Base model 13000km driven Demand was 2160,000 I offered him 20.25 he refused when i came back owner called me and Said 20.75 final price.
This morning he called me and said 20.50

I've ridden in both city and Corolla and i own a corolla my self. When i was in city, there was a pothole on the road and i was in the back. When we hit the pothole at around 10 kmh, it felt as if both the back wheels flew off the car. I've also ridden in civic, it did almost the same thing but a bit smoother. City had aggressive dunlop tyres and civic had yokohomas. My corolla with the Eurostar tyres preformed very smooth on offroad like conditions (it was a road construction area) and with dunlop touring tyres, it flet as if i was going over a small speed breaker. ( I was driving on both tyres on the shitty road at around 60 kmh lel)

Agreed Seats are not good in comparison to Altis 1.6 but nothing like my civic UG seats

based on my experience driving city from past 12 years (all models), civic from past 7 years, i came to conclusion.

Honda cars have a more sportier approach. The cars have low ground clearance for a lower center of gravity, and suspension is harder for faster turning and handling. Seats are made to hug you in place. Tbh, you don't really need that stuff on Pakistani roads and the best choice in that budget would be a Corolla.

Brother I am still searching for Altis 1.6.. due to recent hike in prices my budget is disturbed
PPl asking too much for good condition used cars.
e.g 2017 Altis 22000 driven asking was 23.50 i gave 22.25 offer and owner was laughing and said new car now cost 27.5 lacs with registration.
