2.OD 2c engine diesel pump correct supply?

What is the correct diesel supply of 2.od diesel pump? Engine is newly overhauled crank is on 0.75 and piston on standard. Laboratory technician ne 3.5 cc rakha hai diesel on 600 rpm is this correct ?
Yaa iss se zyada hona chahiye? Mujhe pick kam lag raha hai and 3,4 passengers ke saath Ac use karo tou heavy chalti hai car and hardly 80-100 kmph jaati hai.
What is the solution?
And can i set diesel supply manually by tightening the screw ? JazakAllah

pump needs to be calibrated. The denso shop does that over precision machine and thread lock sealed by lead stamp, to factory specs. any fiddling will result in delayed start loss of pickup high fuel consumption & smoke etc etc.

better contact denso shop for pump calibration. use magnifier on top right search denso diesel shop.

Hahah sir i have changed almost everything in diesel pump like router etc but its not calibrated properly. I just want some good hands to do this job.
