2016 Honda city aspire VS new cultus 2018

Honda City MT Aspire 1.5 model 2016
and can buy zero meter cultus VXR with OWN of RS.40000 in Islamabad
Please suggest what is better option right now i have honda city 2007 idsi

test drive both cars....city is good car....if you get a good one in your range....get it....it is fast and fuel efficient....cultus 2018 i felt had softer suspensions...choice is yours...i own city and it has a strange dreamy sort of drive on highways...meaning it is a good car....but it doesnt do too well on bumps...or maybe i have just gotten too used to the smoothness of the car....

I have honda city aspire 1.5 2016 of my office colleague with 34000 km mileage with amount of 15 lac 50k.
while cultus vxr is for me on 1335000 .
I need suggestion on basis of
mileage (per month running cost) 1200km average
re sale cost after five years

brother what is the expected fuel efficiency of aspire 1.5 MT.
and it is on 34000lm so i have heard there are certain parts which needs to replace at 40000km.

i dont know about 1.5...i have city 1.3....with changed tyres...it is giving me 11-12 within city....and i do a lot of fast driving...usually i take the car to 100 a lot....i have done nearly 25000 km and no replacement of any part except engine oil as yet....

yeah right but i have also heard that city MT 1.5 gives 15-16 km in city with ligth foot and i am such a driver who cares for this .
plus what will be better option to sell after five years as i am buying it on installment plan of five years.

probably city may give me average of 15 in city if yes then ready to buy.

then dont upgrade the tyres...i have upgraded the tyres to give me comfort....the tyres definitely have made the ride more comfortable and have improved road grip a lot but have decreased fuel efficiency...on highways on lightfoot....you can achieve that average...in city it depends on your driving style....

i have found tires need to replace in near future then i can go with soft tiers but 165 or max 175 not 195 .
if you guys give me go ahead then i can proceed for Honda city on Monday .

well...check condition of car...and test drive it first before making the decision....that is very important...also you can get test drive of cultus from suzuki showroom...

i test drove it...2 years back....jabb woh apni test drive offer karr rahay thay...suspension soft thay....lekin honda honda hay....
