Honda has started booking but car is not on display chalo koi baat nahi, honda ne city k feature reveal nahi kiye chalo koi baat nahi. Honda ne price bhi reveal nahi ki!!!!! Even then people are paying for booking. Amazing!!
Now honda can launch this city at any price because people are not interested to know its price

Absolutely false information, Aspire is going to be around 3.1 million, with taxes on road price around 32.
it would've been 34-35 lack if it was 7th gen.
This same generation shape left Yaris behind in sales by a large margin in India, so tough competition expected.
Base models with the new 1.2 with be kept on par with Yaris's base model

Heard base model will start from 29 lacs

Aspire 1.5 .......34 lacs

No HSA, no sunroof, no cruise control, no paddle shifters, 15 inch steel, sada radio..etc in base model

Please don't pre book.....no match for Yaris...

No option of financing till the actual prices are reveled as banks calculate the EMIs on basis of amount lent, period & prevailing KIBOR. Currently no one knows the price hence no bank will finance the vehicle till official launch in July.

Although 6th generation of Honda city is far much beautiful than yaris or alsvin. But this is not justice to launch obsoleted generation. It should be 7th generation.

Bhai corporate companies doesn't work like this. They have enough marketing intelligence to work on product pricing.
Yes they have not declared prices because some reduction in coming budget is expected. That's the only reason to display and declare in July.

Manual would be a better option for 1.2. Go for 1.5 if you want auto. City 5th gen 1.3 auto was already terrible in fuel efficiency and performance, with 6th gen even with increased efficiency of cvt vs prosmatec, the performance and economy is most likely going to be bad as the engine is another 9hp less than the already underpowered 1.3.

Booked a City 1.5 Aspire CVT as discussed before today
I have had better experience buying fish in a busy market
It was mahem.

Long story short,
The sale reperasentatives don't have a clue or don't won't to share any details regards upcoming car
The price will be revealed in June after budget, expected to be around 3.1 million.
The car will be available for display in showrooms in July.
Expected delivery October.
The car will have the features available in present Aspire, plus some extras that they are not sure about.

Honda PK will let us know of the final price and expected delivery in July/August
Balance of payment to be made 45 days prior to delivery

General feeling was that the car is already booked more than expected, so they may close this pre booking at some stage.

Yes lol really funny to see pakwheelers overreacting as usual. Even pre-bookers won't get screwed if they highly overprice it as there will be a one week time after launch for booking cancelation without any deduction in prepaid amount. People are forgetting that there is a high amount of competition in the small sedan space right now at relatively decent price and the bigger sedans are not that much more expensive, so there really is not much room for atlas to increase prices a lot. Atlas people are greedy, but they aren't morons. I have a weird feeling that 1.2 city is going to reasonably undercut yaris 1.3 pricing.
