Anyone who has booked City. Could you please state what is delivery date and Variant booked? Anyone with tentative August or Sept delivery for City?

Not expecting August and September deliveries. Even if it is end August tentative delivery shown add 60 days to it...

Why are you so interested in this information. Not like you've booked one (which is a wise choice though)
I know a 1.2 cvt variant owner, still, with a tentative month of August.
And I also have heard from someone at Atlas that official spec release will be July 15th: that isn't to far, we'll see if it's true or not.

Sounds good, tentative August could potentially be Oct without any impact on Atlas. So they still have cushion till Delivery in Oct and can pick any month from July, Aug or even September for launch.
That was why I wanted to know.

No one knows. Beauty of Honda Atlas. There has been no official communication from Atlas. They are communicating through Dealership. Even if the dates turn out to be wrong, Atlas cannot be blamed for the delay.

Apologies for swaying away from the topic, but there have been so many detours anyway.

A young family member visited several Yamaha dealerships in Lahore on Saturday to buy a Yamaha YBR 125, worth Rs 188,000.
All the dealers asked for On money and we're selling the bike for Rs 210,000.

He asked for a bike to be booked for him to get a delivery later and refused to pay On money.
He was told that there's no such thing as booking a bike and he has to pay whatever is asked for.

So the profiteer mafia is stronger when it comes to motorbikes,
With cars at least we can book or pre book the cars to counter this mafia.

For me August and September feel much better guesses compared to July really.

Everyone was convinced about 12 July, while I repeatedly said its not possible looking at the ground realities.

Please call your local dealer and get it confirmed. I am told by an individual who has a booking and he was told by dealer that reveal is pushed to just after Eid Holiday.

Unless Honda Atlas itself announces the date, all these dates are just random guesses. I doubt Atlas communicated 29th July to dealership and even if Atlas did, it is not confident about this launch date. Otherwise they would announce it openly rather than asking dealership to announce on their behalf. Its the suspense Honda is after. Old trick in Psychology, let them crave for it, dwell on it, think about it day and night. This is what Atlas is after and they are succeeding

Launch slow na karain teaser tez kar dain.

When is the earliest delivery committed? Start of August? because if that is the case then the launch should be end of July, or maybe Atlas could do the launch event along with first deliveries with lots of pictures of customers receiving keys?

Or get tired of waiting and book Yaris. I am sure some have done that.

I asked the same question yesterday. Start August delivery +60 days = start October only after which it costs Atlas KIBOR+3%. So consider earliest deliveries as Start October. Now guess the launch again

Bhai ..dealers were taking bookings even before offical announcement of booking from Atlas. We all know the pathetic approach by Atlas. Nothing new for any of us..

Tahir Abbas reviewer claimed that registration cost is more than doubled now i.e his Yaris 1300cc was registered for 75k and now it's 175k from Sindh. Can anyone confirm?
