Went to Lahore airport motors today. 1.2 CVT on display. Seemed like a pretty good looking car in the flesh, besides the extra small wheels and horrible looking hubcaps. Interior is surprisingly spacious and leg room is great. Width ain't so great, wouldn't wanna sit with 2 other people in the back.
Interior quality also seems improved from 5th gen, but not a single piece of soft plastic. The 7inch screen looked pretty cheap and paindoo tbh. The raised back doesn't look too bad and should help with speed breakers. Seats were surprisingly comfortable, a lot of foam padding, nearly as comfy as Yaris seats. Suspension seems softer than 5th gen and civic, at least that's what I felt by pushing my own weight down on the trunk. Yaris is still softer.
Overall it should've been at least 100k cheaper than the current price. Unfortunately I'm thinking of not cancelling my 1.5 base booking. Evaluated all options today, Yaris is definitely a better buy for 2.9m, but I still can't digest its looks and how congested it is from the inside.
