I have booked aspire on 17th may launch day and got delivery date of jan22 this is not fair what honda is doing with individual customers sadly i wrote an email to them as well

It is absolutely shambolic, this Honda City booking was probably the worst in the history of cars booked in Pakistan.
People booked their cars in May 2021 and won't get the cars till somewhere in 2022, despite some paying part and some even paying the full amount.
And to top of it now the customers will be slapped with a price rise of Rs 100,000 to 200,000.

This is why the on mafia is so powerful.
I envy the people who didn't bother with any pre booking, waited for the car to be launched, thoroughly examined the car and the price and then bought it for an extra Rs 100 - 200,000.
Now they have been enjoying their cars for several months, while the people who pre booked are still waiting and will probably end up paying the same price.

Already booked on full payment. There is a clause in all the manufacturers PBO, that price at time of delivery will be charged.. same with Hyundai.

They must have obliged old customers who have booked their vehicles till October.

i think because of uncertain exchange rate which is increasing on daily basis companies have increased prices if dollar was based around 180.

You should check one out in the showroom. It definitely competes with corolla, even feels a bit better. Compared to civic it's leagues above in quality. Civics quality feels like city's and yaris'.

1.3 and 1.5 manual had about the same average. 1.5 auto was way above 1.3 auto though.

They obliged their investors. Most of them got theirs in aug and sep and have already made a hefty profit. Some even more powerful investors already knew about this and held their August and September cars and will now probably make 300 to 400k profit off of them.

What i understood from 3rd point is that, those bookings who had delivery month of November and have already cleared the payment before 10th November would get current RSP. Is that not the case? I haven't check with my dealership yet

Ajeeb confusion ha. Main 25th oct ko full payment karchuka hu. Website pe delivery 31st January ha. Dealer mujhai late November keh raha ha...

Guys 1 Mil for booking or 1.2 Mil for Aspire variant is almost 35% of value ,for those who have booked irrespective of month before this notification should not be charged full amount since they have paid already 35% if there is a dollar increase and which it is it has to be 65% max even working with mfg org we oblige our POs irrespective of months this is how you work with customers not the other way around .I hope and my sincere wish some one take them to consumer court

Just spoke to Honda Point
I made the full payment on 2nd October
Cars original tentative delivery was end December.
I emailed regards this situation as advised yesterday as well.
Dealership is asking for a bank draft of an additional Rs97,000.

I drive an old Cultus and now looking to upgrade. I live in Islamabad and have 95% expressway driving usage and 5% out of city. Please suggest which is best. I want to keep the car for long, 10+ years. I dont want to pay On money and will wait for booking period.
- Honda City 1.2 CVT
- Toyota Yaris 1.3 Ativ CVT

I want good mileage, low maintenance and headache. Resale is not my immediate concern.
Please suggest the best showroom in Pindi/Islamabad also.
