There are two sims in the packet. Insert the one on which it is written broadband and insert the normal sim, not cut to mini sim (like the one for Iphone). My son cut the sim in mini format from the card and it did not work. I again inserted the sim into the hollow plastic and it again became normal size sim and started working.

Thanks sir this is exectly what I did I pressed the sim and it comes as a micro sim so that's why the device is not detecting it today went to zong franchise so they said k bahi u didn't insert the sim in correct way and so he inserted the sim in correct way and device started to work will post a review shortly.

OK so here comes the review

Firstly the device is v compact and signals r good corsidering it's size,pings r v stable I m not expecting this much good pings from this device much better then ptcl evo,witribe,qubee speed I got r 20mbps on 4g with full signals and with 3g on full signals 6-11mbps so speeds r excellent specially on 4g as my area has not covered with 4g so I have to stick with 3g.As far as battery is considered haven't charged it yet it still shows the green light that means the battery charge is good enough that's all for now if I haven't mentioned any thing here u guys can ask me freely.

Congratulations. Thats great speed for your area.

However, it is always better to fully charge betteries before using it for the first time. Its written on every user manual [emoji4] .

U right bro but when I brought the device the battery was fully charged so I see no point of charging it as of now I m writing this post the device is at its first charging now connected with my TV let's see how much time it takes to charge fully

And someone told me that they are getting better speeds on the mifi than the wingle. IS this possible?

Also is it true that the device runs through the monthly consumption faster than other companies such as PTCL ?

Bro I m in Islamabad and about the speed part on mifi and wingle I don't think there would be any speed difference (If both were used under same conditions) and about the data consumption part I can't tell u about it as it is my first day with this device.

In which city u r bro and me to now getting 5 Mbps on 3g r u receiving 4g signals or not

Brother I am in Karachi yes and I assume I am getting 4g as it is 5 bars signal but the speed remains the sane between 7 to 8 at off peak and 4 to 5 at peak hours

I want to share with you guys that you can easily gain upto 5mbps if you connect the device directly via USB

I was using it via wifi and was charging it from charger or lcd tv etc. The other day for charging I connected the zong wifi device to my laptop and it installed it as a device like ptcl evo. I was having two networks. one direct device and other one wifi. I switched off wifi.

on the same loc same conditions and full 3g signals with wifi I was getting about 9 to 10 mbps but when I did test while device was directly connected the speed test result jumped to 15mbps.
similarly in places where I was getting 3 to 4 on wifi , it jumped to 7 and 8 mbps on direct usb connection

@all guys who r using zonf WiFi I have noticed one thing that it shows green light if the battery charge health is good and the light goes red when the battery is low but in the middle it shows orange light that's means the battery is nor full or nor to low but in my case it doesn't happens the light goes red after green so my question is.Is same thing happens with u guys also or it is only me

I'd u r getting 4g signals then the speeds r to low if its 3g then it's average speed on it u can check signals on 192.168.8.1 and update Us on it

It goes from green to red directly....there is not orange light in battery indicator LED.

In signal LED there are three indicators green (good signal) orange (poor signal) red (no signal)
