Check/test the cold start Injector (the red marked area over the intake manifold, it has a fuel line running to it).
At cold engine Remove the wiring connector from the Injector and check the resistance between its terminals. If the engine is cold the resistance should be between 3 - 5 ohms.
Also, check for voltage at the terminals of the wiring harness (with ignition switch on).
Caution: Be sure that the ignition switch is "off" during the resistance check, battery voltage (12v) can ruin your ohm meter.
Also check if the fuel line is primed at ignition key ON. Perhaps injector rail does not have enough fuel pressure, check for fuel pump and the filter in fuel tank.
