4 day trip - Islamabad to Neelum Valley

Gurus,
I'm planning a 3 night trip with 2 families from Islamabad to Neelum Valley. Please tell me if the following itinerary is feasible.

Day 1.
Islamabad to Muzaffarabad, lunch at Muzaffarabad
Muzaffarabad to Kutton, night stay at Kutton.

Day 2.
Kutton to Sharda, exploring plus lunch at Sharda
Sharda to Dowarian, night stay at Dowarian.

Day 3.
Day trip from Dowarian to Ratti Gali Lake and back (This is the bit I'm not sure about)/Night camping at Ratti Gali Lake.

Day 4. Dowarian to Muzaffarabad, Lunch at Muzaffarabad
Muzaffarabad to Islamabad.

Is it possible to trek/jeep from Dowarian to Ratti Gali and back in a single day?

Also, we will be going via car (City 1.3L) up till Kutton. Can we take the car up to Sharda/Dowarian too or will a jeep have to be hired?

Hire a jeep . Honda city ke sath har waqt dar lagta rahae ga ke yaha se na lag jae .bandae tension main trip bhi nahi enjoy kar pata

The plan is to hire a jeep from Kutton onwards. My main issue is, can Ratti Gali trip be done in a day with return to Kutton at night?

Day 1 : Islamabad to Muzaffarabad and Muzaffarabad to Kutton.....its ok...easily reachable but i suggest visit Kutton waterfall and drive to keran and stay in keran or Upper Neelum beautiful place and you can reached easily just remeber travel start early morning....

Day 2 : Kutton to Sharda...its also ok reached easily after keran road is very bad condition but car can go til Kel...i suggest 1st day you stay at keran or upper neelum and then go sharda and my suggestion dont stay in doarian there is no good hotel where you can stay with family....good hotel in sharda you can stay there and next day you can travel start early morning for doarian its 28km....if you didi not stay in sharda then travel back to Keran or upper neelum...and next day you go doarian from keran its 12km now its depend on you...

Day 3: Dowarian To ratti Gali....yes its is possible to go ratti gali and back in 1 day....come from sharda or keran early morning reached doarian at 7am booked jeep and jeep cover 80% of track in these day go till base camp...from base camp 1 to 1.5 hours track to go ratti gali its steep hike...camping is allow on lake but i did not suggest you because there is too much cold in night and with family i did not suggest you to stay at lake or base camp because there is no facility of washroom so you can easily cover in 1 day in evening come back at doarian and drive to keran or kutton for night stay....

Day 4: Doarian/keran/kutton to islamabad.....its ok

yes you can easily go ratti gali and back in 1 day....

city go till sharda but after keran road is bad but car can go no issue but dive carefully because there is no safty on road dont hired the jeep travel on your car its manageable....

Here was my Tour but we skipped Rati Gali...

You can drive your car till Dowarian easily... DO NOT drive till sharda. Road is very very bad.

Trip To Sharda (15-17 July 2017)

Thanks a lot everyone. Here's what my final itinerary is looking like.
Day 1. Pindi to Kutton with lunch at Muzaffarabad.Night stay at Kutton.
Day 2. Kutton to Sharda, with lunch at Sharda and return to Keran. Night stay at Keran.
Day 3. Keran to Ratti Gali Lake, hike up to lake and back, return to Keran.
Day 4. Keran to Pindi with lunch at Muzaffarabad.

How's that look? The plan is to take the car up to Keran and take a jeep further for day trips to Sharda and Ratti Gali. For night stay I'm thinking of Jagran Resort at Kutton and the Valley Trackers Keran Resort at Keran.

Fascinated by a blue dot on the google earth I had decided to go to this lake. This adventurous track got even more beautiful when clouds came down to greet us on the way to make it a memorable ride in the clouds.
