Regarding color, are such military-looking color schemes allowed for personal vehicles? Like civilians can not wear some uniform which make them looking like forces, the same way, may be its not legal to have such color scheme on some civil vehicle which can make observers believe that its some military vehicle? I have no idea but just a wandering thought came into my mind???

Today i have finalized as how will i go about it. The disassembling, cutting of frame, welding it, denting, conversion to 4 door and all the follow up issues. A lot of deliberate thinking, discussions, planning have been done. I hope it starts in a week or 10 days time.

Any update? Any progress so far?

it may not be advisable to select a camouflage scheme for ur vehicle keeping in mind the current security conditions... i think u shud adopt a milder scheme (just a suggestion bro i am no expert in such things)

It was sold a month back. A friend took it from me.

The wait is over and the disassembling will start from friday at my home. I just edited the initial post in which initially i had anothe veh but will now work on this one. It's a 1300cc EPI version. Keep watching.

First of all good to see the project getting back to track after 3,4 months. Taking into account your experience of cutting ripping balke chopping and welding your rides fearlessly and your experimental approach I am sure this project will result in something different which we (or atleast me) never have seen before, and one of the best vehicles of yours, InshaAllah.

Brother it will NOT be a double cabin vehicle. In fact it will have the middle pillor (between the two doors) and i'll have a soft top on top of the front two doors which can be folded. The rear portion (on top of the diggi area) will also be detachable and can be removed any time. I shall try to post a diagram which will hopefully be able to explain the situation.

So idea is the same as you stated earlier or there is some structural change now? And are you going to keep its original 1300 engine or would go for something else?

Brother the disassembling started today (will post pics tomorrow). I will be keeping the open frame in sight and will than decide the exact structural change, as you said. Will be clear next week inshallah.

This is my third such project of disassembling the body from frame at home but today it was amazing. The mechanic party from pindi started their work at 11am and you will not believe the great ustaad Yaqqon and his team (3 expert shaagirds) finished the job in exactly 2 hours. Amazing. The frame was clean with no bends/ dents. The body was like brand new. The weight of suzukis' is so less that three persons lifted the body without any difficulty (shown in one of the pics). Tomorrow the frame will be handed over for extension purpose.

Inner body looks in awesome condition, and frame too looks good as you stated. I am wondering how do you manage to find a vehicle matching your minimum criteria which is quite strict. Tough job.

And @noman8ff bhai pictures and technical details of all the procedures whether it is disassembling, frame-surgery, reassembling or finishing whatever are of great interest for people like me. Please keep posting as much as easily manageable for you.

AOA, I lives in Karachi but couldn't find Suzuki Jeep parts like front grill for Potohar fender flare. Could anyone guide me where could I buy above parts.
