The frame taken to pindi for cutting. The following brackets of leaf springs were not in good shape. So they'll be corrected too.

After some deliberate discussion with the "concerned experts", i might be going for one extended door instead of two small ones. Here are some of the options. Pls suggest which one looks good.

Option 1. Just the extension with no roof cage.

Option 2. High roof at the back with NO roof cage.

Option 3. High roof at the back with with a flat roof cage on it.

Option 4. High roof at back and a roof cage on the front top of the veh.

Before you decided to go for one extended door instead of two small ones, I was performing some brainstorming to have detachable pillar between two doors. Though the idea I was cooking in my mind is really silly and of no use but I am sharing for the sake of sharing.
As your main use of the vehicle is hunting and you need free room to rotate gun while shooting, I was thinking of having detachable pillar. But only detaching pillar would not serve the purpose because of window frames. So I was thinking about cutting vertical columns of window frames (A and C in picture) and attaching/welding it with pillar (B). So you will get a single detachable unit which include A, B and C altogether (mentioned in red rectangle and labeled as D).
Now if we detach this D thing whenever needed while hunting, so much space will be available for movement.
Of course it is stupid idea for two reasons
1. Pixel perfect alignment between door glass and pillar unit (D) would be required otherwise it would be a pain to open or close the window glass, and if this much perfect alignment is achieved even then it will be easy to get disturbed with any play in doors later.
2. Upper horizontal bars of window frame (E) will not have enough support to sustain. It can be bent downward even if somebody staying arm on it while window glass is not closed.
However I am sharing this stupidity just keeping in mind that may be it can feed some thought and somebody can refine the idea to make it usable.

Otherwise single extended door is simple and solid solution, hassle free indeed. The only downside is that door will occupy more space when you will open it on busy road. However it is easily ignore-able.

I shall surely be discussing all those as the time comes. As for today, i had a detailed discussion with a very expert denter who just works on suzuki jeeps. As you know the hunting season is about to start, i am just planning the mods in two phases. !st will be completed this year and the second i shall be doing after february. The progress was good today. The welding experts did the job only in one day, worked till 4am in the morning. Just had the leaf spring brackets alignment which was done today. So the frame was ready today. Manual gear with complete kit (accessories) purchased today.

and Sir it's really a difficult task i mean...to extend the frame by keeping it's straight is really hard.Denter should be expert to do such job
one more thing sir does gas welding is done on it ? is it strong enough to bear the weight ?

Regarding high roof, its only you who can decide whether you need it or not. Having high roof will be of great advantage if you are planning to put a bigger seat as you did in previous vehicle of yours.
And if you go for high roof and you need roof cage too, then I like the option 4 most which is
"Option 4. High roof at back and a roof cage on the front top of the veh.'
For two reasons.
1. Aerodynamics, less area to face air as compare to option 3.
2. Esthetics, looks more balanced and aligned. I like the similar arrangement very much which you did with your previous ride.

By taking a look at picture it seems high roof will be quite small, should it not be started from the point where front cabin ends? I tried to draw expected location of seats and it seems back sitters will not have much advantage of high roof. Please take a look at picture below.

Now this is a very very important aspect which i had really forgotten. Thanks for the effort. In fact you photo shopped did the work. I will now surely change the place from where i had the plan to start the high roof.

This was really, "THE MOST DIFFICULT FIND" of the project. I have been looking for these type of rims for a long time and finally got hold of a very good set.
The specs are 7 JJ 15
7" hollow rims, outer offset is 4" and inner offset is 3", Original japanese rims, original 5 lug, never painted/ damaged.
Some cleaning/ polishing will be required.

Thanks brother for the nice words. On such heavy metals, it is always an electric welding which sustains the load. And yes there are no issues in such extensions. You must have seen the tourist jeeps (normally CJ5's) converted to long wheel base 4X4's in northern areas of pakistan. They carry double the weight for what they were initially built. When i was in army, i have personally seen these transport vehicles carrying 16 to 17 people who would travel while standing. They were all modified/ extended vehicles. The people doing this job in pindi are no doubt the best in the world.
