The system is designed that way that it doesn't throw DTC when o2 sensor is disconnected.
Is your sensor is single wire ?
If yes then it will not set the DTC or check engine light.
Same is the case for 4 wire oxygen sensor it Just stored the DTC but doesn't light up the Check engine light

First of all thanks dear rajaata. Ok my one have the single wire oxygen sensor....DTC ? .....I was doing some experiment on my 5AFE crolla....because it is not giving a goog petrol mileage....hardly 6 km in city without A/C .so I found that every sensor give an error ......but oxygen sensor not....can you plz help me out to solve this problem....u means oxygen sensor behavior is ok ? Thanks.

Single wire sensor will not pop up the check engine light and will not set any DTC in ecu so dont waste your time on it

For better fuel mileage starts from engine health.
Is it consuming any engine oil ?

How's the cold start in early morning ?
How does it start on normal daily routine after warmup or in short trips?
Is the idle control is active and it rises the rpm on cold start?
What is the situation of soot in exhaust pipe tip on cold start

Ans: starts up in first attempt
How does it start on normal daily routine after warmup or in short trips?
Ans: start up normal in warmup/ short trips
Is the idle control is active and it rises the rpm on cold start?
Ans: yes rmp remains high till temperature gauge reaches 1/4 of dial
What is the situation of soot in exhaust pipe tip on cold start
Ans: the exhaust pipe shows blackish on tip....no smoke in cold start but some smell of petrol see some
black smoke when accelerate to 3000 to 4000 rmp.

Offcouse it will run rich without o2 sensor. Because it is running in open loop.
These old ecus are dumb. They will give you a check light without ECT but not without IAC.
You can test the o2 sensor with multimeter.

Ok soot on high rpm means your injectors are done

Ok post the picture of fuel injectors here so we can judge the flow rate etc and tell you the exact flow rate injectors with better automization

1....One thing more......that's normally 5AFE distributor have a 4+2 wire distributor......but my one have 6+2..some one have alter in connection and discounts some wires....and convert into 4+2....

Check Feedback voltages of o2.

Well mate the injectors are not genuine and are of larger flow that's why you are seeing the black smoke at higher rpms

0.46 v......varies up and down..when accelerate ...volts up and down.....when release the accelerator.....volts goes up and then come back to .46. Slowly.

Range is 0.1-0.9 volts.
Start the car and take pcv valve off. See what it shows on multimeter. Reading should be in between 0.2-0.3 volts. That shows lean mixture. If yes then it is working find you have to check the wiring.
