regardless of oil - you have to pump it down to 29 inches mercury (you cannot achieve -30 inches of mercury vacuum on planet earth (against laws of physics) - the little useless piece of trash fridge compressor cannot do that even if you wrote love letters to it.
For pressure testing, using air pressure is a very very bad idea on a new drier bottle as the media is destroyed by more than half life. Nitrogen tanks are cheap to rent in Pakistan (ask a gas vendor for it - the same guys that sell oxygen to welders and NOS to dentists etc can get you a tank of nitrogen and rent it out to you too). Been there done that.
For leak check, dont mix detergent in water, but buy a litre or so of play bubbles solution from the little cart that sells balloons and toys and bubbles to kids, it makes amazing bubbles and goes on slick unlike detergent which foams up itself in the mixing cup.
