R134a with M/F condensor will make ur life easy as its used globally in cars like that

r22 is for fridges/ac's.....not for cars...

r12 is ok if you can find it with oil but its hard find.....

best option is option 1 ....zindagi azab mein dalne se aur paise aag lagane se acha ha banda ac wale mehran mein ajae

if r12 is working good for you..... just keep it going like that.....and u can use thermostat as margalla posted....it will resolve ur early tripping issue

i am little confused here....7 - 8 years back...i traveled between Lhr-Isb thru motorway...with 6 people on board and AC running on full blower all the time non stop...even during a break as some were sleeping in car so AC continued to run during that time as well...and as far as i remember it didnt trip caz it was peak summer time and super HOT outside...

i dont think any damage done to compressor at all...and again it was a piston type denso compressor ..

so why do we need to make compressor trip here...specially with a climate control where compressor runs all the time....

for the car not having climate control....at blower speed 1 the compressor trips at regular intervals even during peak hot hours of the day..but with climate control its a different story...

Place the probe where it trips only after reaching temps which are comfortable..

hope this new thermostat helps, whats wrong with your original one, why not just get another original one, you spent so much for OEM, then why not a little more for OEM thermostat, it would make good work of your controls

this is standard practice here, heater ki piping nekal dain, ac fit chalay ga.
regular bullshit.
I think the climate control in this and the crown of that age is the same, no?
If so, someone has a shelf filled with parts of that

If your cabin is not cooling down then your expansion valve is not working correctly, did you install a new valve and did you wrap it?

The freezer has its own expansion device and works on its own. Its working OK as you mention.

the relay might not be triggering clutch due to load..

a relay can do the job if issue is only tripping......

BTW if it’s expansion valve is not working then can we replace it without loosing refrigerant?

Nop... what issue are you facing? cabin is cooling ? or it is just triggering??

I think the expansion valve is not wrapped so it's not opening at normal temperatures. Will study it in the manual.
