looks like silicate deposit from inside the engine, this is from using oldschool green coolant.

Its very tiny amount, keep on wiping it clean, It will go away itself, you will find it in the expansion tank later on,

then just drain it into a clean container, flush with water and refill the coolant into the expansion tank.

Now you know that if you do a job at control specification you get the correct 100% result.

@tintin1 sir when I flushed my car's cooling system, I noriced this slime after a week or so on the cap. I was told not to worry, but within a few days the head gasket was leaked and that was oil and gunk mixing up and depositing on the cap. I was usimg the same caltex coolant. Most probably in your case it's nothing to worry about but it pays to be careful..

head gasket only fails after a flush if its weak already.

the only reason i used a light flush is because you have an engine from scrappie. ie the condition of its internals is unknown. you're more than welcome if you want me to use a stronger flush, be prepared to remove the engine if needs be. nothing will be fixed at my cost.

and of course, you do remember seeing the junk that came out of the radiator

was this discussed in respect to the white slime or radiator not exchanging coolant with the expansion bottle

But this air was not coming out from the third side of the pipe which is attached to the cap of the expansion bottle neck. Also known as Overflow valve.

that elbow is a vent for the bottle, if you look closely at the cap, there is a hole in it - that hole vents to that 90 degree elbow.

The pipe that connects to radiator overflow goes all the way to end of the pipe leading to the bottom of the overflow tank.

In short - the elbow is not part of the same hose - its separate - even damn mehrans have this thing man!

This boggles the mind doesnt it, in 40 years, they dont have any specific tools, and are really relying on tongs to clamp the radiator tanks - Real tools exist for this job (they are two plates with a pressure bolt) - and are pricey, but being a radiator repair shop the cost would be earned back within a few jobs at max, then that tool is simply making money for them.

But no...

they will still use beat up, useless pieces of scrap and beam brightly at "40 saal tajurbaa"

Tell your dumbass neighbor that no matter what you do, new fender, paintless dent job, full paint job.

The cars value wont matter, its already lost, so put a sock in it. And not having insurance is his headache. If they argue more. Find a lawyer. Get them a legal notice and copy it to local SHO.

No it doesn't match with your vehicle at all see the pictures dent starts from front bumper and the turn signal light is intact then there is deep pint and then it vanishes till the fender end joint to the door panel then door has the scratch it's impossible that you had hitted it.
