@tintin1
as you have seen that correct procedure results in correct job, you have to remember that it applies to every single job that can be done - including plumbing, electric work, project management etc.
trying to shortcut it because "yehi chaltaa hai" is the most idiotic ideology you can follow.
btw - now speaking of radiator, the one you bought from the shop is coated in silicate deposit dropout (the white crust) - the shop didnt clean it for you (bad practice) before installing - 40 saal tajurbaa can go to hell.
Your scrap engine has unknown rust inside, its in a scrapyard sitting dry, cast iron rusts - Your installing mechanic didnt flush system during install, @syncview did which showed you the rusty junk that must have come out. The problem with junkyard/scrapped engines is that they are a blind deal - you never know if the previous owner of the engine put something wrong in it, or damaged it in their ownership.
Overhauling properly is the right way (but is expensive), and while overhauling, the entire system is acid cleaned and all plugs replaced (which your babajee called tikki and refused to replace during overhaul - LOL)
Get your priorities right, dont become a victim of "mein maasoom aadmi hoon"
