Got it sir. I'm waiting for @Xulfiqar opinion on this. Is the cooler lines method correct? Will it flush all the fluid out ? Including the tc ?

Yes it flushes everything out.

The cooler line is after the torque converter oil circuit.

The transmission takes exactly 13 litres of oil when dry filled. So how many times I have to open the cooler lines, drain some fluid and fix them back and refilling again ?
There might be a chance of running the pump dry. Right ?
I was just hoping to get a correct procedure from @Xulfiqar bhai

The cooler line needs to be dropped into a bucket (most a750) have a thermostat too so you need to intercept before that .

Start truck and dump out 3 litres, then fill 3 new litres. Then do same again till 120% quantity of new atf has been used up.

Its a bit messy but possible.

ideally - you use a fuel pressure tester, non ideally, you can shoot some fuel into the throttle body or manifold itself and try to start, if the engine catches and attempts to start. Its a fuel issue.

check the circuit opening relay and its fuse too.

disconnecting an EFI fuel line is not easy as undoing a clamp, Its either a banjo bolt or a quick connect fitting because Toyota in the genius lunacy almost never provide a schrader valve to test fuel pressure (unless mandatory)
