the magnets never get weak, the problem occurs when the motor shaft end bearings sieze or jam from moisture getting into the motor housing (which happens very easily)

Its a simple repair on the motor unless the motor windings are burnt. (there is also a thermal fuse in the motor) - seal it up nice (dont use RTV silicone)

in order to improv the light of Head lamps, should we used LED bulb/tubes in TLC 80 series. Headlamps are fine and are neat and clean. just thinking that changing new LED tubes may enhance the light?

if yes, tubes of which power and company should be used.
