Pakistani mechanics in dubai

they ( pakistani, indian, sirlankan & east pakistani class) are 3 steps higher then the Syrian Jordanina Palestanian & Egyptian arabic mumbling mouse-heads who believe swap is only solution for a smoking engine., a Pakistani who can rebuild (by taking engine down from engine bay disassembling sourcing parts machining & reassembling it) and putting back to pull the vehicle is KING

I Lifted Engine from machinist myself and took it straight to my home.. no stops in between. it was acid washed also to remove any rust deep inside water galleries

invested good hours just washing block and polishing bores( 1st washed with soapy water many times) and then clean wipped with white cotton cloth dipped in ATF....took a bundle of those cloths before bore comes out clean

its very tiring annoying and took alot of elbow grease to get done but the machining debris which finally came out was shocking..i could literally see it cleaned with naked eye but ATF dipped cloth comes out black with alot of emery still stuck .. a very fine one ..took alot of session before it finally comes out clean..then applied WD-40 to save it from catching rust.

later we again took it to service station and clean with pressure water..finally wiped bores with ATF again...install new water jackets and finally splashes alot of motor oil during assembling ring pistons..

trust me it really annoys people around doing these things from ages their own way but its mandatory to clean the bores and wiped them clean that way if you want to rings settle good in that initial run......not to mention clearance was literally written on paper and handed over to machinist and they insist its too loose as per their spec....they are warned to just bore it as asked ....

Those mouseheads kinds are a special kind of stupid - cable ties on batteries - missing bolts replaced with sheet metal stuff.

The rest pk, indian, srilankan are useless too. The collosal stupidity seen there is unbelievable level. I would rather have a blind person with parkinsons work on a car than them.

today my friend bought 12valve engine for his 80 series for 3.5 lacs (after adjusting old engine)
previous one was bored at 50 and loosing oil / compression now
they dismantled the head to take a peak inside and the cylinder walls were clean and smooth
dont know why he is installing new rings in it while closing it back though

installing new rings on a cylinder that they wont hone equals to a massive disaster. Might as well get 3 packs of 1000 Rs notes and one pack of 500 rupee notes and set them on fire - the result will be equal now.

btw - if it was at 0.50 mm oversize bore - a good inspection and non moron rebuild would get it back to 100% factory spec.

1st Kind = Install Oversize Ring In Standard Bore i.e 0.5 Over In Standard...It Will Cover Up The Requirement Of Boring ...Result....LASSAN Laga Wa Bore After Few Months....Not To Mention Broken Rings Too ..If It stuck Bad

2nd Kind = Just Replace Rings And Dont Touch Bore.....GENYUN JAPANi Bore Ha...So Dont Touch
Result Is As You Mention Above...Set Your Invested Money Literally On Fire.. It Will Not Seal Up And Goes Same After Few Hundred Kms

You bet - a bore hone is super cheap and can be done inframe too - but requires skilled person, not a scrap parts changer. Too bad people wont pay the skilled person wage but will treat their entire family on their birthday - lol

I remember some mechanics praising a glazed cylinder - saying ye chalta hai solid - kesa jenyan japani chamak raha hai - umm, excuse me Mr idiot - that is a dead bore.

See that - thats myself deglazing the cylinders on a mazda MZR - the next one is visible that its shiny - takes a minute at max per cylinder. - After this then I spend close to an hour cleaning the engine (you see the cooling area suface - its literally gunked with mineral buildup because the owner used tap water to dilute coolant after a replacing a hosepipe)

Chamakta Cyl Bore Attracts Them...But They Don't Know That New Rings In Polished Cyl Is As Useless As Soldier Sitting Ducks In Warzone

The De-glazed CYL Job Is Easy And With Handy Honing Stones where stones are place at angles and you get a good 35-45 degree hone ..Its Just As Easy As Drilling Hole In Concrete Wall..

Please do it will be very helpful for clearing of concepts of an engine rebuild techniques.

Sir which tool to use?does it usually done by lathe machinists or done by mechanic.
And what is the logic of attaining a strict 45deg angle and if missed what are complications

A honing tool, its pretty cheap, and is used with a drill, slow speeds and lits of oiling. Its started and stopped within the bore.

The cross hatch is there to make oil cling to the surface so the rings can bed in very easily as the rings have an oil bearing surface when new too, seated ones are polished
