i think what happened in pindi was not covered in detail
assembly swap right ?
if no oil reduction after motorway trip, u r good to go M.A

i was reading the thread from start without any comments, the day you landed at BABA JEE for rebuild

we few over a whatsapp group had a bet engine will not last beyond 10,000 kms.

the baba ji - ksa return will lead to burial of vehicle in under 10000 kms of rebuild.

after watch the SILICONE TUBE OVER COAT i lowered it to 5000 kms ...

what has happened is heart breaking loss of time money and the BABA will simply shrug his shoulder.

if the farooq is same awan in Rawalpindi , he will wretch you again., but this time we few will not bet as he will perform tasks in your absence . con you by showing new parts in boxes, poly bags. and change will happen in dark of night with scarp yard parts ..

To me it looks like the oil pressure is a bit low as the gauge is showing. Do compare it to the old pics before the first rebuild.

Check oil pressure and pour Fresh Delo Gold Ultra 15W40. Also use genuine Toyota Filters.

i wish that ALLAH hamarey mechanics ko aqal de. Most of them are lakeer k fakeer and someone said in some forum on pw "u cant fill a cup which is already filled"/ yeh mentallity hamarey mechanics ki change honee chahye.

Eventually reached home after 387 km drive and fuel needle was exactly in half.

It is heart warming to see vehicle back in shape & rolling, You have paid a serious price, we all learn from our mistakes. Hope you will be more wiser and careful for times ahead with this motor in the suv,

try not to give engine a water bath, always use air blower and if needed some water based detergent solution to clean the engine manually.
