Can Be Related To Alternator Also.. Check Belts For Losing Or Alternator Connector And Just Keep Eye On It.

There's A Light For A/T Oil Temp Also Which Can Indicate High Temp Of Fluid..Can Be Low level Of A/T Fluid

was the torque converter replaced too? - its pilot was snapped off on your old one - Was the top breather on the transmission also connected as it was probably pulled off because you found literal dirt in the transmission.

That Hot A/T light on toyota only lights up when your ATF temperature is 105C after the cooler - which means, gaari abhi rok do, aglay 2 km mein gearbox farigh honay wala hai.

Ive never seen it light up though unless some genius bypassed the radiator because of "garam ilaqa" - I wonder if they have ever experienced a real sahara.

yes, very must according to them - "them" also dont believe that diesel engines require a coolant that resists cavitation - and when all fails at 100,000 kms - its always 2no. oil fault.

you dont want to go down that rabbit hole. I have a freind who owns an old 1FZ-FE land cruiser (called gas sink)
he has 2 different coolant temp gauges (one front and one at rear of cyl head), AT oil temperature gauge, 3 diff oil temp gauges, engine oil pressure and temp gauges,

Sitting in his truck is like sitting in an oldschool ship bridge where you have analog gauges looking at you from all angles.

that original gauge in the gauge cluster is not a good indicator - specially with the new oil pressure sensors toyota sell now. Its at best a toy.

install a mechanical oil pressure gauge - I prefer VDO branded stuff. - They are ugly though, look like something from steampunk but they sure are reliable.
