US people drink watered down burnt coffee. You wont find good coffee in any resturant anywhere. You have to find a truck adda or a private owned coffee shop for espresso.
Truck adda here serve the best espresso shots after dedicated coffee shops. But to be honest, Im a desi and when I travel on highway I have a thermos of strong steeped tapal or ahmed tea without milk or sugar. and "ouma rusk" to go with it. (bachpann ke zaiqay)
