the desi method of ramming the hydraulic pump very quickly?? that is the most absolute useless way to test secondary pop pressure. The only way to do it is to block the primary spring setup with a spacer, the injectors need to be set to 5% error only and 1% leakdown only.
btw - every diesel when resleeved requires baking first, whether they have fiat or toyota cast on them. The reason is that the sleeve is supposed to be an interference fit, meaning, a supercold (dry ice) sleeve is placed and pushed into the 150C temperature block, as it cools down the block grips the sleeve and acts as one, And the engine coolant will never reach 150C so the bond will never break anyway.
installing it at room temperature makes it useless as the sleeve can "move" when the engine comes upto its normal 90C temperature.
Mechanics will say "thermashate" nikaldo - na garam hoga na masla,, In the end you the owner will suffer in the form of very short engine life and very expensive fuelling costs.
