Thanks for the suggestions. However, after seeing the petrol prices climb in recent weeks, I've changed my mind about buying a Honda. It looks like the prices could hit +100 from the current trend.

While Honda is a beautiful and luxury car, it's a fuel guzzler.
I am now looking for a fuel efficient car.

Chinese one will fade away with time they will look the same when new but after a year or so they will start to fade away

Go to Bilal Gunj Lahore. You will find tons of original back lights in all type of conditions. Some are brand new.

Price will around 10-12k for complete set of back lights.

If you are in karachi go to plaza market in saddar and try getting a used genuine light (kabuli). It will be cheaper than buying a brand new one. Make sure it is not repaired in any way, even if there's a small hairline repair do not go for it, water eventually seeps in. You can also inquire about a brand new oem light from Nasir motors there. I think a brand new rear fender light is around 8-9k and a kabuli one is 4-5k.

today a bike hitted rear bumper of my gray colored honda civic 2005. relatively down to middle, there are 2 3 points on which some big scratches have evolved. so is it possible to get spray on that particular area or there is a compulsion to repaint the whole bumper? since i want to get rid of them and its a metallic graphite grey color.

Guys I am selling my Civic Reborn 2008 Hydraulic Steering Rack (an extra lying around with me). It has been professionally repaired for leaks with 3 months warranty (incase of a leak will be repaired free of cost). Also note that only healthy steering racks can be fixed with new seals and not faulty ones so it is in fine working condition and no issues.

Pictures are pasted below. I am asking very modest 11K for it. In market Kabli steering racks (mostly repaired) cost between 16-20K.

The rack is in Islamabad and I can be contacted at 03335120067 for any queries, clarifications and collecting it.

I am a new member of this club as I have bought civic 08 oriel prosmatec in silver before Eid. Really loving every bit of it, will share with u ppl the little problem I am facing but I may not be able to describe here in a comprehensible manner. I am facing a small krrrrr krrrrr sound, it only appears momentarily and then reappears after a little while but I also think it is not from gear/transmission as the same appears even when the car is standing still in P. Any guidance will be useful, please.

Anyone here got a genuine wheel cup lying around? I have a basic version with steel rims.. got one wheel cup broken as a bike rammed into it.. cant find it at a few tyre shops i visited.. a new one from 3S costs about 2000Rs. Thats the price for a single piece, not the complete..lol.

This civic has a sound bottle for engine intake that sucks air for the engine.
The bottle in lower part of front bumper BEHIND LEFT FOG LIGHT.
Do not submurge your reborn in deep water
OR
Push the car hard in deep water. Keep it steady in deep water.
it can suck in water through the sound bottle and in to the engine which can result in block cracking or even blowing up.

You must be talking about the air intake pipe that is attached to the air filter box. Yes, its very low and can easily suck water. I have personally seen a honda civic in workshop with broken engine block due to water getting into engine.

Yes the pipe goes in a plastic box.
It is called sound box which reduces engine suction noise.
I can suck in water with air which is very bad.
