Bro It will only cost 1000 to 2000 PKR for engine transfer. Even I agreed to pay this amount for the transfer. But as he is not interested in it so he will only give every lame excuses like

He don't have money ( and he is building 95 civic B16/B20 turbo (which cost minimum 2 lacs and buying expensive stuff from here)
Civic center is unsafe ( more than half of Karachiites uses this route daily and he can't go there lol)
Will do it soon ( 1 year gone and he says this)
Will do it after papers
Don't have time
Dad is out of city
etc.etc.

I wonder whats the motive behind NOT TRANSFERRING the engine no. by Vyrus. road tax backlogged?? car involved in some issue (that way you cannot change anything with ID numbers about it)

I am also really amazed at HOW CIVIC CENTRE area is bad - I have some relatives living in Hasan Square Apartments, and when I lived there I crossed it at least 2 times a day.. What sort of danger is he talking about - its about as dangerous as Zainab Market in rush hour.
