A tuk sound in cng switch?

Yea,u have to wait till that Tuk sound then start yr car.. Tuk sound means that the CNG kit has chocked and ready for the Supply... Last days in winter my Car face same problem tuk sound not heared n Engine nt start on CNG when i coonect 1 end of wire on my battery Current terminal and other on the chock of CNG Car start in half self and then i Install a relay dre and starting problem fininsh and starting going much better than before.

smart devil my auto electrician gave me the idea to install relay aswell but its not the case for slow start i am sure reason being if its relay fault than once car started and if i switched it off again and start it again it starts on half self so it must be gas setting some how that when car has gas flowing it starts in half self but when engine is cold and gas goes inside it will take a slow start or takes 2 self to start the car hope i make sense rest i will wait cloud100 to give his expert advise . on the other hand it might be current issue aswell cos once current is there when we start the car and if we switched it off and switch it back again it might be current still flows some how i dont know i am confused .

bro have u got ur coil wgaira checked and yes cng setting also does matters cz i have noticed that in mybro's margalla cng setting at start is at high cz if u turn it on to iginition mode before3 cranking the car and leave it there after 2min hardly u can smell the gas leaking,i guess gas setting at the start is high which causes immidiate start at just half self in a few secs.
bro get ur gas settings checked 1st.if they work all well then u dont need to go checking with coil etc.it would be easier and will not cost much plus it will also not take much of ur time

IF you have starting problem , long self then
get TUK sound and turn off key and again get it and give self.

hey fasfas thanks for replying my thread is always incomplete with out u when we say long self can u tell me what is long self do u consider 6 second as a long self i would consider 10 second and more long self except that i think its fine .

dear the sound you are saying is of the switch on the kitt and when you hear sound that is good i also own a bolan that is manual and i also hear that sound when ever i star my vehical but suzuki cars rubish

i would like to ask our expert what is that cng sound when we switch on our ignition and cng lights starts to blink and after few second its a tuk sound come and the light go stable , why that sound comes b) do we have to wait for that tuk sound or start our engine before that tuck sound ? c) i own a cultus and that has a automatic choke system so the auto electrician believes i have to wait for that sound and than proceed starting but on the other hand my mechanic said u need to just start your engine with out waiting please enlightened your knowledge on this thanks in advance.

naa sir gee if its a fuel pump then it should also create the same sound on petrol aswell but the sound only comes from gas kit and unless and until u dont pump it excessively on gas before and during the crank u dont get that sound

I will have to listen to that sound to confirm what that is. I never heard that sound in my Charade or my friend's Mehrans. will check Alto and cultus.

Yup sure.charade i think wont do it its rolla with suzuki.cold engine does such stuff means ryt now u know its getting hot day by day so u wot get the sound over here.u have to be in a colder climate like in isb wgaira.

I think if we need to draw timeline, then upto 5 second is good self, then 6~9 is long and above 10 is not recommended rather switch off and again self.

Daily check plug cables from CDI for loose and radiator water. For good self electrical supply should be good, usually self delay is due to ignition of fuel.

I might be deviating from the topic but still wanna ask one thing. My civic 2000 auto has a problem while driving on CNG. Many a times, when i release accelerator, engine switches to and from CNG and petrol. This change occurs for a few seconds or when i press accelerator again, it switches back to CNG and if I am driving at low speed (20-25km/h), the engine turn off. Cant understand whats wrong. Can you guys please help me with this. Thanks alot.

not a rocket science my friend one of your cng switch wires are loose go to any good auto electrician tell him your cng switch joints are loose some how he will check one by one all the switches thats located just under your stearing and than he will tap it tightly here u go your problem sorted .

Many thanks shqamar. It only happens when i release accelerator while driving. At idle, nothing happens. No problem in driving. Its fantastic. But as soon as i release accelerator, it switches to petrol and when i press accelerator again, it switches back to CNG. Are you still sure that it is just loose wire problem. Thanks.

my charade had the same trouble but its usually happens on jumps anyways u still need to go to a good auto electrician my friend hes the best one to give u a verdict if u live near f.b area i can guide u a good electrician .
