If you need to ask that, then you can't check that in these models yourself. Access to PCV is from the bottom, get it checked and cleaned/replaced.
Oil level above upper mark IS over. It should be between upper and lower mark, not further up or lower. Get that sorted, blow would most probably disappear. For future, DIY a oil catch can to make your life easier
A very little air blow is fine for this engine if it's an old, high mileage motor. Open the oil filler cap simultaneously to see if there's any difference.
