Check shortages before and after them. They would be the last one to blow up.

Btw, I asked from a ups technicians, and some videos on the youtube, they said if one mosfet is blown, all will be blown. The problem is that I don't have correct idea of how to test them. There are all different methods and I don't know which to follow. 2ndly, should I test them in the board or out of the board. Once I repaired a ups in which the mosfets were giving incorrect reading, but corrected after I checked them soldered out. So thats confusing.

For now I have to wait for someone to arrange the mosfets. On daraz I found them and it will take 20-30 days to reach me .

Rds means drain to source resistance. You can check that.
No you need to check them before placing on the board.
You can buy mosfets in markets or can find alternatives. Find the complete list of IRF mosfets online. Will be easy to find alternative.

For IC 3525, in continuity mode, if I touch the negative lead with ground (12th pin) and positive with all other pins one by one, will it give me a beep if there is a short? Is this the correct method of checking an IC?

Mosfets are rated as Drain current and drain/source voltages. Rest gate trigger voltages are usually ~20V.
No you cannot check IC like that you need internal schematic of IC.
Yes these are the alternator. Look for similar voltage and current rating. For example. IRF1405.
Trigger sensitivity matter as well.
