Try to make something out of metal to hold it. So it doesn't get any worse.
ok thank you
Are you using high wattage bulb?
This melting it dangerous, it can even cause fire...
no these are led headlights
@Hassan1991 check the comment posted by @helper_learner
Agreed with @helper_learner. It is dangerous.
what to do now?
As is said make something using metal. Before that share some more detailed pictures. So we can see what can be done.
@Hassan1991 @helper_learner issue is with the motor I will get it checked and then update
@Hassan1991 bro, is the transparent plastic cover over the heat sinks in an inverter necessary? Technicians remove it saying that it causes heat up and also catches fire. I think the companies install it for some purpose, i.e. directing the air flow from the fans to the heat sinks to make them cool.
If it's acting as a duct then it is important. Otherwise maybe install to protect someone touching the hot heat sink although it is necessary as well.
I think it do act as a duct. A person may not be that kiddo to open up the device and touch the heat sink. Anyways I was arguing with the technicians it has some purpose while they were not accepting their mistake. I think they remove it so that the devices burn again.
I bought it, but i want to know how to clean the shell and with what? Kerosene oil? Petrol?
Do i have to apply any grease on the winding of rotor before installation?
Good.Kerosene or any degreaser. Electric motor grease but Not on winding.
You should put it back.
Is is needed or just place is back after cleaning?
No it does need grease if it has bushes. Which i can see on stator.
Thanks for confirmation
@Hassan1991 bro where to find this?
You need the pins or connector?
