Yes there's a place for cabin air filter in BRV, you have to cut it with sharp knife cutter on front plastic face of that area similar in WagonR. Honda city cabin filter easily fit but you need to cover masking tape on filter area after insert cabin filter. i done in mine and its works perfect.

in the absence of a cabin filter how often the AC will be choked and will need servicing? every year? every 2 year, every 3 years considering our extremely dusty environment? Is it really an issue or am I unnecessary getting concerned because of the absence of cabin filter?

Yes this is how i did with my BRV. You have to cut it from three sides, lift it and insert the filter and close the lid.

So managed to fit a city ac filter. It was only a bit bigger at the end, but it was easily adjusted. Using a cutter, cut the bottom and sides only. Credit to the person who did this on youtube for another model honda overseas. [image] [image] Make sure the filter air flow direction is facing the right way, airflow is top to bottom [image] The end of the filter sticks out a little bit, it can be easily bent inwards. From the pictures it is obvious that there must be a filter tray like Honda city in other countries. One can try to find one online. Tray can be more practical that just inserting the filter.

there is no tray. You just have a front cover (sold separately) as shown below. I havnt seen anyone selling this here.

changing filter depend on usage, change yearly is good.

There's no whining noise i have ever heard in my Brv, make sure install a good quality paper cabin filter you used.

Brv ki tanki full karwai hay 38 liter petro dala hay or meter per range aai hay 405km.ye to hardly 11km ki average banti hay.

The range changes according to your current kmpl avg.
If your current avg kmpl is 11. Than increase in range is right.
