Though the BRV has its uses but not the most useful when it comes to using it as a cargo carrier. Ideally, when all the rear seats are folded, there should be a flat floor. Sadly this is not so. The third row of seats are very clumsy when folded as can be seen here:

In the second step, the entire seat back and the seat bench folds once more and stands up against the second row. Then once the second row is folded, the the third row is like a wall standing in the way. Below is a picture of the third row folded and the second row folded as well:
This is, IMHO, very poor design. No mater how the seats are folded one cannot achieve a flat lading cargo area. For me this is a huge turn off.
