have u ever listened to a properly tuned 13w7 powered by a Branded Amplifer ?..2 type R are no match...

I havnt properly tuned my 13w7 n powered it to about 60% power of my amp @ 3ohm still i bet it can take 2 type R anytime anyday...

Type X is surely no match to properly tuned 2 type R But to 13w7 no match

man i didnt said type r are good then w7, i said that in terms of loudness, it willl be better then a single w7

international forum give u very vast knowledge..... but dont rely on them... i am on realmofexcrsion and i am a underdog there... becaue i usually want to see their perception of sound.. and i learnt tht it is totally different from us. its really no use to follow them.
i have had two ported boxe designed by the best member of roe. but they both are fail.

anyway, the discussion is about type x so let keep it there , if u have the budget, then two type x is going to play very very solid.

secondly, pakistan is not going to see the lights of big brand very soon. because there is one lafafa , one kevin but when stocks arrive, u need the whole market concentration and not just 1-2 customers. also the increasing $ price is a big problem.

they dont perform in our type of bass songs.... higher notes are almost not there but the lower are surely sharp. i had a chance of making a box for alpine type r 15". the box design was port at the bottom of the box. it was 1.5" in height but almost 35" wide. the box sounded very very dead on high notes. but yes it was nice on lows. altho the box was suppose to be tuned to 35hz

most of the recommended tunings for type Rs, type X, CVs etc are 30hz-32hz max. and normally those are smallish vented enclosures, with around 24sqin of port area (for a single type x for example)...so they do give tight bass as well.

but its true, those wont be as loud as what we make here..but they might be more musical. i wouldnt necessarily call them fail. because their loud setups are tuned at 45-60hz - for purely SPL needs.
mu understanding is this:
28-30hz tuning gives u a more flat response. the volume of your lows is almost the same as the volume of your highs...
34-36hz tuning gives u a peak at around 40-45hz...in this setup, ur lows wont be as loud or as pronounced...good for most music, and fairly loud...but frequency response is not flat, has a peak..and hence music is not that balanced
45-55hz... very loud...but not at at all musical
