Alto carburetor in toyota 12valve 2e engine

My petrol consumption is too high it hardly give me 6km in 1 litre now i am thinking to put alto carburetor in my car i have 2e engine its 12 valve 1300cc
Need suggestions

What? An Alto in a Toyota. Bhai get the car turned properly and get your engine checked. Changing the carburetor is not a solution to poor mileage.

Got it checked mate nothing seems to help got car serviced 3 times but nothing improved

are you running direct fan or auto?
mostly cars running without thermostat and direct fan used to give poor mileage.

The fan is on auto and the needle showing the heat drops on long route

yes Mehran Carb fits after addition of a plate but engine response will be less.

My basic concern is about consumption and what what alto carburetor will it alsk effext the performance?

i did this jugaar in my ee90 2E engine before swap an EFI motor and avg was around 10kms/ltr but you wont enjoy driving.

How much will itcost for an efi?

needle should not be dropped in case of autofan with active thermostat. check your cooling system properly and use coolant for good results.

depends on condition and generation of engine and horse power etc... carby to efi swap will cost you around 130k

i would suggest you to work on current engine to take max kms/ltr.
one have to change many items from carb to efi swap and sourcing relevant parts is not an easy task.

He told me the same thing as you told about mehran carburetor
And i got the carb serviced 3 times from differenr mechanice but cant see any improvements

thermostat valve seems faulty/not properly functioning to provide required engine temprature.
first get this thing done i hope your issue will be resolved.

you need thorough revamping of your 2E toyota corolla engine.

i own 1990 EE-90 2E carb engine auto transmssion in city drive i get 8km / litre with ac vehicle is 120,000 km after 3rd engine overhaul it consumes 500 ml engin eoil after 5000 kms zero smoke.

it has size 15 wheels

it has the same engine as Indus 1st gen ae100, and carburator is available across all scrapyards in Pindi Karachi, Lahore & Peshawer

1. check the distributor, ignition cables, vaccum pods.
2. connect all vaccum tubes with respective pods
3. insert thermostat valve into cooling system
4. connect cooling fans to run on automatic
5. use coolant & change the radiator cap ( 0.9 bar )
6. change tranmission oil

Got checked everything apart from the thermostat valve and the vaccum pips arent connected the mechanic said it wont do anything and alot of people suggested me to put alto's carb in 2e engine
