Alto vxr pathetic fuel and cng average

This was 1 of the steps I recommended. For CNG, remove any blockage in air intake and adjust the misture.

Thats more then what alto returns. I have a doubt it got smaller jets or it's you driving style. But very good from a alto.

No sir no small jets and i dont think that whats alto return becoz i have family members who have alto and they easily gets 13-14in city with 50%ac and i just improve my driving style as follows
1gear 10kmph
2nd gear 20
3rd 30
4rt 40

the car won't run perfect on both petrol and cng at the same time, pick one.

the engine can be optimized for one fuel only.

if you are getting 11-12 then no need to further mess with the carburetor, it is fine

if you drive more on petrol, then get cng pipe and venturi removed from the air intake. it will disable the cng but slightly improve petrol fuel average

Yeah ur right but mechanic told me its better to run alto vxr on cng in city as its a gas guzzler i think he is right he also own a alto and claim ke gari long pr 20-24ke average deti hy cng pr so its better to run on cng in city aur jub out if city jana ho to akr petrol pr setting krwa lein and he says alto mehran se xyada achi average deti hy cng pr

Yes we have alto. It has a mileage of Prado. Alto is famous for bad mileage. F10 engine is a fuel guzzler.
Although it gives nice mileage on cng.

My father usually drives it on cng, gives 160-170km in full cylinder.
On petrol it barely gives 9km/l.
You cannot switch to cng straight. Because air intake is restricted on cng. If it's not restricted engine will not suck gas properly. While on petrol you have to remove that restriction.
Get your cng kit adjusted.

Ok sure well 9kmpl is too worse sir get check ur carborator i think it must be choke or may it need some jets replacement becoz jet replacement always do something it just throw small amount of fuel to engine so u can get more 2-3km as some senior pakwheels member recommended 105and 90jet

It just reduce some top speed but we r not racers

Nope. It's fine. Your driving style is helping you get that mileage.
No need for " sir ".
Not only top speed, you are compromising the total performance. Although alto is pretty quick in stock form. It depends upon person choice if he's willing to gave it up for mileage.
You have to adjust the gas supply from kit. There are screws for adjustment just like on carbs for mixture.
Get them adjusted. Then restrict the intake pipe according to adjustment your good to go.

Hi guyz just look at this i want to share this thread as according to this thread if u done what he says alto f10a will give u 16-17in city any expert opinion?

16-17km/l are made up figures. You cannot get that mileage from a stock alto.
Installing very small jets or smaller carburetor will lean out the mixture, yes you will get 16~17km/l but it will kill your engines life.

I decided to sell alto and buy a suzuki liana coz its a big car and i just get usedto of 10-12mileage becoz of my lovely alto 🤣

Alto is easy to maneuver in traffic. But sedan is better in all terms.
