Loved the sand blasting stuff. Jo doors ki and seats k neechay railings ki rust khatum ki hai that's very nice good detailed stuff. Best of luck man. Waisay khyber ki almost sub cheezein available hein. Abb tau gari k plastic parts b mil jatay hein. Jo AC k wings hein black walay pehlay wo nai miltay thay but now you can get it from Pak suzuki or wasim autos in Islamabad. I've heard k or chotay parts b ana shuru ho gaye hein. Though need to verify that first myself.

gentleman thanks for going through and appreciating, i have planned to remove the rust as much as possible. There are some factors hindering my progress. first i am going a job in gujrat and live in gijranwala (means daily coming and going back) very little time and energy is spared for this project in week days. Living in gujranwala parts availability is very hard.

And to top it all i have had carpel tunnel syndrome (constant pain in hand associated with excessive usage of computer and mouse) type of pain for the last couple of years. Last year its was so severe that i couldnt even turn the ignition of car. Currently it is under control but when i try to do things using spanners and wrenching (pain starts all over) i am not the kind of person to leave things to mechanics i opened all that dashboard support, seats railings, steering column and many more things myself, I had asked denter to do this but he assured me with each thing that work will be upto the mark without opening these things but i knew it wont. In the end gave up and did it myself.

Now all there things are painted in black but i have not been able to take pic of these. Will upload these soon Inshallah.

Looking forward to the advice of you people.

Specially in selection of colour i want it to be done in white. can you guys suggest the shades of white i personally like off white or pearl white but not sure about the availability of pearl white

I like the white color that came originally in khyber. Or that metallic green and grey in the limited edition look pretty cool as well. These pictures are not good but well maintained shiny paint and a good camera and these colors will look so so cool. I personally favor the metallic grey

todays updates
first pic shows the bonnet hinges area being cut to be repaired

Right side of the body, rear wheel arch, floor pan and door new sheet in place

Front door pillar in place (some one pin pointed the old rusted pillar and asked me what i was gonna do with it) here is the answer

I took these pics to show the amount of putty on Roof front pillar but the flash of camera ruined the result

and here are the rusted parts that i have cleaned for paint job

i was too excited to wait for the morning to take pics do wait for the clearer results ( i had asked the painter to do these with matt finish paint but he did this)

Yar updates are just above your reply i think these are not enough, just give me today. I have sat and sundays off i have planned a lot of things, Seats are being delivered on saturday eve, i am going to denter tomorrow have him remove the engine foundation and fuel tank (for paint job). Today denter is going to work on the place that houses the wiper machine (very badly rusted) tomorrow i will clean it by sand blasting and it will be coated with paint to stop further rust and then its cover will be welded in place.

Today was a big disappointment went to the denter after two three days but no significant progress, had taken my cousin's ractis for a couple of issues, its side view mirror had broken earlier and replaced but the newer one's (used from Bilal gunj) base had cracked and i was afraid it would fall off, Right side fender shield had been damaged and came off, front left side power window switch was working with its own will rather than the command given.

Today visited the denter and was happy to see that the basic patch up work had been done and car was getting shape.

i was very concerned about this area tried to sand blast it to clean but air compressor couldnt make enough pressure for sand blaster to work, so left it to the denter to do whatever he thought better

all things bonner fenders and doors in place now its time for alignment and fine tuning

bonnet meeting the new fenders you can see an inch of gap on the right side

i purchased headlight back light set of bumpers their clips and plastic pieces that fit under headlight and back lights, these things are given to denter so that he may install and check the fitting

Man i know these people tend to forget some thing or other, i have bought new headlights and back lights bumper with spacers and plastic strip that is fitted under headlights and back lights, this is to ensure their proper fitting.

Car still need at least a week before it leaves the denter. all its doors need to be aligned.

specially singed in to comment after ages of not using pakwheels,,,,,,man i m to0 curious to see final results as it is bit hard and time consuming to make it till up-the mark.

With its restoration many things have tightened their grip, we are working very hard in office on more than couple assignments to meet their deadline (cant take off from here) my right hand pain has started once again, On sunday i washed its dashboard and ac compartment duct compartment boxes, cleaned its door locks and door channels on monday had to go to doctor, he advised me complete rest, not even allowed to use computer (wrestling with a 24 years old rusted mean machine is out of question. My wife also accompanied with me to doc i couldnt understand the reason untill she started like a tape recorder (telling the doc about me "he is a smoker, spends most of his time on PC (God knows doing what) and to top it all like to operate anything that comes in his grip, he has made our home a workshop even our drawing room is littered with spare parts of car, and listens to no one)

Doctor along with medicine gave me bundle of advises.

Nah guys dont laugh its a serious issue. i am being squeezed in many things but Insha Allah will complete this car in a decent way.

yesterday's updates, denter has started finishing touches

you can see fender meeting door its ok now a day ago there was a big gap

Head lights are in place (loose) to check if all things go in place? Bumper foundation need to go down a little bit everything will be in place (in first pic you can see grinded bonnet above right headlight its was also more than an inch long)
