Bro, as far as oil is concerned, following are the recommended oil grades for Aqua:
For June 2017 and onward: 0w-16, 0w-20 and 5w-30

For November 2015 and onward: 0w-16, 0w-20, 5w-20, 5w-30 and 10w-30

If one wants more details, he can have a look at page numbers which I have mentioned, but details are in Japanese language.
I personally think ZIC 5w-30 is not the culprit (as long as it is 100% genuine and original) and 5w-30 is one of the recommended oil grades. Next time, you may go for Total Quartz 9000 Future series (or latest) 5w-30, API SN, Fully Synthetic engine oil, but ensure that any oil you buy is 100% genuine, original and authentic. Total Quartz is best value for money.
I think, tire size is the main reason (if nothing else has been changed / altered). For comparison, you may have a look at: https://tiresize.com/calculator/ When you increase tire sizes, rolling friction, contact area of tires and roads, width, etc. everything increases, which results in the decrease in fuel economy.
