Aqua not starting after engine bay cleaned with damp cloth

Hello,
My Aqua 2013 model (S Push) engine is not starting after I got the car detailed and the detailing guys cleaned the engine with damp cloth. When I press the "Push" button, The navigation, speedometer etc shows display, but the car doesn't go into "Ready" state. Any idea what could be the issue? It's been 24 hours now since the engine bay is cleaned.

Battery is ok. You can see battery has 2 bars in the image. and it was starting perfectly before the detailing.

They are telling a lie. Nothing happens with damp cloth. They must have ghusalled(washed) whole engine bay and than cleaned with damp cloth. Have some good diagnostic shop to check for errors and resolution.

Yes, I also thought the same that they washed the engine bay despite I asked them to not wash it and only use damp cloth. But then I checked center and bottom of engine bay with flashlight and that still has mud and dirt as it is and only top is cleaned.

Any recommendation for good diagnostic shops near Thokar, Lahore? How's the reputation of Toyota Ravi?

Hahaha, nice question. May be it felt good to have a clean engine bay. Lesson learned by the way

leave it as it is - let someone who actually knows what to do - clean it.

Stop arguing over nothing. There is a proper way to clean engine bay with engine degreaser.

Nobody is arguing. I am in favour of cleaning engine bay, of course with a degreaser.

why? - its a transport unit - clean it if you actually know how to - otherwise leave it alone and let people who actually know how to clean it do their job.

Usually when the water dries out most cars go back to normal.

Seen it happen many many times.

Check if you have a locked steering..

Sometimes break paddles got stiff if pressed for long time while engine is off try to press hard ps this is not battery issue because the vehicle is showing display on meter

Seems like water ingestion.Leave it for good time with bonnet to let it dry and then see.Also engine does not needs to be cleaned .It gets dirty as you drive because it is open from underneath.my 10 cents .
