Query.......Rear windows of my car do not go down completely. I took it to Honda point, where they told me that it was normal and all civics are like this. Is it true?
Yes they don't go all the way down because the window channel is smaller because of the wheel arch door curve so they don't let it go down completely.
Grateful
AoaCan anyone suggest me some good car polish for civic X.Thanks
What Color is the car?
White
Use only synthetic waxes on White. Natural will make it pale. Safest option would be Meguiars Ultimate Wax.
I use mothers synthetic liquid wax and that is awesome too
Do we need to have wheel balancing and alignment after taking the delivery of the car?
i think only if you change rims and tyres.
Only rims. No need in case of oem size tyres
To be on a safe side, YES get it done. Those idiots at the factory don't even monitor air pressure in tyres so don't expect them to waste time on alignment and balancing before delivery
I got my car's 5000 inspection from Honda point. They changed the oil but didn't change the oil filter. Now at 7000 km the intra city economy of car has come down to 8 km/l. I wonder if the filter was also required to be changed.
As per regular Honda recommended schedule, Oil only at every 5000 and Filters (both oil and air) at every 10000. Valid only for oem filters.
But if your usage is in a dusty area there is a possibility filter chokes earlier.
Which oil and oil filter does the company recommends?

Honda's original filters
Even if you want to change the filters more frequently, use original only because aftermarket filters don't serve the purpose as good which in return damages the permanent parts.
Agreed, I never keep the oil filters at oil change, it seems pointless. Always change oil filter along with oil.
Pakistan is very dusty every where except maybe Islamabad during monsoon, changing air filters frequently surely helps.
