If connections are fine then my guess wil be that last owner fried it during alarm installation or something. My recommendation would be to find another MICU for substitution and re-check. If the problem is gone then you know what's wrong

Check for VAC leak. I once before tried to help you out. Check for vac leak and if you find none make sure your butterfly closes all the way and its plates are not worn. Also make sure your throttle adjustment screw was not messed up by someone to raise the rpm. I believe you have two holes in your throttle body. One is for fast idle and other is for IACV. When the car is warm the the fast idle should not suck any air. Close it with finger and see if idle gets normal.

afnan i swap the engine set throttle body is new .idle screw yellow paint is still there means idle screw is not messed up. same phenomena was present in old tb .when i unplug iacv rpm shoots to 1.5

yes there are two holes in tb. when i keep finger on idle hole engine began to die but not shut down . i have sprayed carb cleaner to throttle no vaccum leak is found

Yes. From multiple stations. Even tried HOBC. It didn't helped much.

Getting noisy crank issue and my engine start loosing its strength on CNG and On petrol it cant even cross 100 rpm easily.. what can i do? Im not automechanic expert but need a good suggestion. My car is a family car. But it doesnt means ke me is haalat me rahun ;(

the bottom hole is for fast idle valve. Once the car is warm and is at its optimum level it should not suck any air at all. If no vac leak and car dies on closing the top hole then most probably problem lies with iacv adjustment.

close both holes and car should die out if it does not iacv is leaky else adjust iacv and you should be fine. btw what is the problem rite now? rpms staying high? you in karachi?

thanks afnan. i was facing issue of rpm stability for example car is normal at 800 at sudden point rpm will drop to 200 ...

2) when elextric load is applied rpm goes down

3) on driving car when i press clutch rpm goes to 1.2 then drop to 800...

i want sticky rpm at 800 n on ac it should stay higher

afnan kindly guide me i have d14z2 engine .. this engine has only one vaccume pipe? that goes to master cylinder? isprayed on pipe but car didnt bog down i m from faisalabad btw

Have you opened IACV and cleaned it? share picture of your throttle body i dont remember it correctly. You need to check vac leak on pipes throttle body joints intake manifold joints injectors prettymuch everywhere before head where intake manifold is connected

So the list of problems and tests done so far

1. Driver side courtesy light does not comes on
2. Cluster does not know when driver door is opened all three are acknowledged
3. Cluster does not beeps when key is inserted or at Ignition

Tests
1. From switch to MICU door switch has been verified and its fine
2. Relay control module connection to MICU is verified and is fine

Question is
What needs to be replaced or fixed?

the MICU is jacked,,, find a replacement unit.

you have a 3 wire IACV, now that you have cleaned it, put some singer machine oil in the IACV ports and leave it for an hour, the spindle of the motor will absorb this oil. It is required otherwise it will wear out and enlarge the bore which will cause uncurable idle speed.

adjust it with engine idling from the air bypass screw.
