you have a 3 wire IACV, now that you have cleaned it, put some singer machine oil in the IACV ports and leave it for an hour, the spindle of the motor will absorb this oil. It is required otherwise it will wear out and enlarge the bore which will cause uncurable idle speed.

adjust it with engine idling from the air bypass screw.

when i unplug the iac to adjust rpm shoot to 1.5 (tried two tb same happnd)

1 )on elecrric load rpm goes down

2) on ac rpm goes up n came down to old rpm when ac is not on

at idle car rpm is 800 when moving , idle rpm is at 1200 ...

the rpm with A/C off or on should be exactly the same - the high rpm setting on A/C was a local desi mechanic mistake or technique, it was originally started to speed up the main engine fan on old RWD cars.

your car is behaving correct for A/C load - it will temporarily shoot the rpm to about 1000 and the compressor will start and catch the rpm rise and it would then adjust back to 800 rpm.

the ECU will hold the engine at about 1100 rpm if the wheels are turning, this is to prevent stall out - all perfectly normal.

Electric load compensation is missing in older Pakistani Honda cars - the engine will drop 50 or 100 rpm under electric load, all normal too.

the MICU is jacked,,, find a replacement unit.

And i believe entire fuse box needs to be replaced...... Thanks captain

Sir i am about to flush my car's transmission oil. How to flush it completely i have read your method of flushing the whole 6-7 litres of the fluid but that was for an automatic tranny plus it had an external cooler. I don't have that setup.
One thing that hits my mind is that maybe i need a pump to suck out the oil once it has drained out through the drain bolt. But i am not risking to run tranny dry.
Can you please teach me the manual tranny flush process.

I think your car has ELD in its fuse box atleast my 92 accord had it........ ideally according to my knowledge when you un plug IACV car rpm should be near to 500 so you can adjust base idle.

If you fail to adjust it and it is annoying you there is another workout that these mechanics do to add CNG. They adjust the solenoid of IACV. Hondas IACV require different key to open them so they usually create jugar to open it. Share picture if iacv solenoid if its messed you can adjust it to achieve default settings

you have a manual transmission, drain it out after running the car for atleast 30 minutes, the oil will be hot and drain easier, fill up with new oil from top and your job would be done.

the flush procedure from cooling lines is for automatic gearbox where half the oil is trapped in torque converter, your transmission will fully drain its oil from the drain bolt.

Do i need to change gears at intervals while running the engine (for 30 minutes) or just leave it running and after that time window switch off the engine and open the drain plug?
And i assume the car should be at level (best possible) i-e off the jack stands while i am draining the oil and filling it back. Right?
Secondly, what MT oil do you suggest to fill in?
A general question. How do we know we need a Tranny oil flush?

In my civic 99 vti automatic, door opening light is not come on cluster. All door switch are working fine with dome light-checked.

Cluster bulbs also checked.

What could be problems that's why door opening light is not come on cluster on all door?

manual transmissions dont need a flush (unless you bought a used gearbox) you just need to change the oil according to manufactures maintenance schedule and you good to go

Does anyone have service manual for d16w9 engine used in honda civic 7 gen? I need to know the parts that have to be replaced(don't have owners manual as previous owner lost it).
I found one online but it was an em2 repair/workshop manual with less info about this engine. The one I'm referring to is es.

A rubber hose going to the main radiator or a separate mini radiator depending upon what setup your ride has.

Two hoses actually, one is going towards the cooler radiator and other is coming from the radiator.
I learnt it from xulfiqar bhai's post.
a pretty easy job. I have done it on my friend's honda civic.

All fuses checked multiple time and replaced that need replacement with brand new fuses.

Wiring check-found no problem. Still door opening indicator is not coming on.

Also which unit you are talking about. Any name and reference pic.

I dont have detailed user manual so cant help in detail but see xulfiqar bahis latest post in which he quoted me

that model civic is full analog, interrupt switches control negative (ground) to the lamp directly - also spliced into the cluster.

well i know have done it on my old car but still thing is my car has two exposed places for it that is why asked rear one or front one

one is a return line one the supply line. take out both from radiator connection, aim into bucket, start engine to see which one is pumping out.
