@galant1 well this turns out to be simple. Get it done by a good electrition or if you wana do a DIY take DVM or a test light. Hook one end to +ive supply of battery and with other test door jamb switch. You should have battery voltage when switch is open. Trace the wire back to cluster and when you open the door there should be GROUND or contuniouty to ground or your light hooked up to positive battery terminal should work. Fairly easy setup. Use pins inside Elfy to insert them into wires to check dont splice the wire

one is a return line one the supply line. take out both from radiator connection, aim into bucket, start engine to see which one is pumping out.

Saw some videos and it appears that the line below the fuse box is the return line that has filter attached. What can i say to shop keepers for that filter. I doubt if i show them the same filter they will hand over fuel filter.

the rpm with A/C off or on should be exactly the same - the high rpm setting on A/C was a local desi mechanic mistake or technique, it was originally started to speed up the main engine fan on old RWD cars.

your car is behaving correct for A/C load - it will temporarily shoot the rpm to about 1000 and the compressor will start and catch the rpm rise and it would then adjust back to 800 rpm.

the ECU will hold the engine at about 1100 rpm if the wheels are turning, this is to prevent stall out - all perfectly normal.

Electric load compensation is missing in older Pakistani Honda cars - the engine will drop 50 or 100 rpm under electric load, all normal too.

I think your car has ELD in its fuse box atleast my 92 accord had it........ ideally according to my knowledge when you un plug IACV car rpm should be near to 500 so you can adjust base idle.

If you fail to adjust it and it is annoying you there is another workout that these mechanics do to add CNG. They adjust the solenoid of IACV. Hondas IACV require different key to open them so they usually create jugar to open it. Share picture if iacv solenoid if its messed you can adjust it to achieve default settings

Xulfiqar, can we use Resister spark plugs like platinum or Iridium in facelifted W202 C180 engine M111.921 . resister plugs good in these engines?
original is BOSCH F8KTCR 3tip not available.

problem is non resister plugs are not available now.

ngk BP6ES are non resistor - I use them in old M103 and M104 engines. Work a treat.

for yours - I have seen working results with resistor plugs with platinum tips.

@xulfiqar recomended plugs for my honda engine d14z2 (europwan engine) is zfr5j-11 . should i use heat range 5 or 6 in pakistan.

secind can i use bkr6e-11 in this engine ?

Platinum plugs will perform better then 3tip bosch f8ktcr, is it resister plug?

I found denso k16U-11 shopman says its non resister. shud i use?

the reason for not using resistor plugs in these model MB is that the plug boot itself has a resistor in it.

well i didnt knew you had swaped it. After cleaning see if you still got problems related to IACV.
