@Xulfiqar is this gap normal? I mean no seal be tween condenser and radiator then why would fans suck air through condenser it's against physics

I have seen a thin rubber channel clamped to radiators of these same cars that make a "shroud" - Some air will be sucked across the front condenser because there is lots of free air in front of it while there is a somewhat lack of free movement of air from the side of it. Air is drawn across the condenser but at compromised volume.

Errrm just curious to ask.
What if we cover this gap with white thermopol on the boundaries.
Will it increase the air flow through the condenser since air passages from sides are blocked by the thermopole?

In karachi most of mech. Are not auto mech engg or diploma holder, they learn from their experience only and suggest do this, that, baal balance.

So i m going to checked my hose pipes for any possible leakage and the 1 which u have mentioned.

Regarding T valve which 1 I should buy? ( khyber, cultus, corolla 86, or coure).

Kindly explain last para again if possible point wise so that I can educate my electration

Initially high side gets hot but soon gets to normal you can touch it easily. Cooling goes away. But condenser side where line from compressor goes gets super hot. But ac works while car is moving.

Hey friend. These days it's getting very hot in Karachi. Now i have noticed my temp needle stays at 40-45% while driving in daytime. So i guess the needle is fine. Both fans are direct and there is no thermostat valve installed then why is the needle showing optimum running temperature? When the temp needle is at 45% i open the hood to make sure it's not overheating. The radiator and pipes feel hot. Hot enough. Can't hold them for even few seconds. Is this ok because coolant level is not decreasing Allah ka shukar. BTW i also didn't bleed air since i installed radiator and topped it up with coolant. The bleeding bolt on thermostat housing is there but i don't feel like opening it because leakage might occur because i guess it's not been opened since ages.

Also tell me why is RPM decreasing after couple of days of driving. I always adjust both the screws and i set the RPM between 8-900 but after a couple of days RPM lowers and then i have to carefully adjust them again.

A/C is working fine Allah ka shukar but when the fan speed is set on 3 the A/C trips quickly. Turns on and off after 10-15 seconds. When blower speed is set on 4 the A/C takes forever to trip. The thermostat is set at max under the dash.

The vacuum pod on distributor is still broken and i have blocked the vacuum pipe coming towards it. Will the blockage effect something?

Oh yes thanks for the caution . I remember such incident that my electronics lab instructor asked to give him the soldering iron the lab tech was working with it. He handed it to him face front and he in attentively grabbed it face front ( from tip ) and we heard the scream pretty well and his hand was soldered

In regards to radiator stuff you have to bleed it. Add a funnel there is special one or cut bottle and make it size of radiator opening. Start the car fill it till half let car stand on 2500 rpm until fans come on.then open the bleeder valve and let it open till you see bubbles coming out. Once flow is smooth close it and cap the radiator. Make sure while bleeding funnel never goes empty. In regards to ac thermostant adjust it keeping it to max is not good idea as compressor won't trip

the engine is reaching normal operating temperature because it is hot outside, if you install the thermostat valve it will attain this correct temperature within a few minutes of driving and keep it there.

Adjust your carburettor with engine at full operating temperature only.

Sir i have a Prius 2nd gen 2010 with 91K on the odo,
I am facing a problem that my car is running hard like 'gaari buhat ghut kar chal rahi hai' but when I restart it,it works completely fine.I got NO check lights or any kind of error on the odometer.
I got its engine oil and oil filter changed from Toyota Eastern,they put 20W50 in it.It's been 1k km since its running with this oil. Is this oil OK for my car?,Secondly if not does this problem arises due to the wrong viscosity of oil?
What should I do to diagnose the problem?
Please also suggest some good hybrid specialist in KHI as I donot want to visit Toyota 3S because of the not so good experience that I had.

the engine is reaching normal operating temperature because it is hot outside, if you install the thermostat valve it will attain this correct temperature within a few minutes of driving and keep it there.

Adjust your carburettor with engine at full operating temperature only.

AOA @Xulfiqar sb!!

I want to ask about pulse and glide technique on a manual(a swift 1.3 in my case). Will it work for increasing fuel efficiency and will it have any negative effect on the tranmission,engine, gearbox. The technique i use is as under :

1. Push the car to about 90 Km/hour steadily.
   2.Release the foot from accelerator and put the car in neutral.
2. Let the car go in neutral till it reaches at about 60 and then engage car in gear(in gear as per speed)
3. Repeat the cycle.
