Bhai the alternator belt on my ride squeaks when I put load on alternator - by load I mean full load, head lamps, ac blower, radio, hazard light etc. No squeaks on normal operations though. The belt is new, pullies are clean and belt is tight reasonably. Please advise.

Mention api grade of both oil BTW I use PSO 10w-40 (summer) or 15W-40(winter) generator oil in my cg 125 as i) as its api SG/CD approved oil and have a lot of zddp

They are API SN and visc. Grade is well recommended in service manual.

Better to Burn that manual which recommand api sn grade oil for a cd70 modern oil have less zddp zddp is import to clean engine the zddp was reduced for cars having cat convert so it totally stupid idea to pour that oil in cd70

I was talking about the visc.grade i-e 20w-40 being recommended in the manual not the API grade. I mentioned the api grade as you asked for it.

@xulfiqar Yesterday I went to Urdu bazaar and it was a round and round getting stuck in rush hour deal for 2.5 hours in heat and Roza. The store owner refused to sell sulphuric acid plain and simple. He told me I can't give it and no body else will, I then offered him to keep a copy of my ID card and get written on stamp paper etc and he said no I can't give it.

Can you help me in this regard and give me a sure shot contact who can sell the 5 liter jugs of lab grade Sulfuric acid that you mentioned in the forums. I have to get over this thing as family is suffering from daily load shedding with only 1 poor battery fan.

Things can't be done the right way without the right raw material. its very difficult going round and round in sadder, hope you can give a contact who can sell it. I want to make the electrolyte for my 2x110AMP hour UPS batteries.

As per your statement you are asking for the LAB GRADE sulphuric acid which is highly purified and dangerous, it can not be provided to any individual for the personal use. If you really intend to buy electrolyte I can help you with that, Feel free to contact 0331-3176362

@xulfiqar bro I am in a situation and my problem is on 5 Aug I purchased my first car I.e charade and as the trend follow mujhy chona lag gaya Caz of no experience sir now car is giving smoke , oil is leaking from timing belt side, last oil that I changed was the most dirty one I had ever seen mechenic said it would cost me 15k and I know once the engine is dismenteled I would be like bakra and I don't know how many thing I would have to repair or replace currently my engine is cb 23
And I had seen a shop where 7-8 engine are there all if them are cb 35 shopkeeper is giving my Warranty that cylinder and seals are original cost 42k

Repair 15k
Replace 50k
What should I do?

Does your car have original oil cap or change a oil cap with out pcv valve would slugh up oil and make engine leak oil

That is BS, I or infact anyone could buy it, it used to be about three times the price of generic "kaala taizaab" aka oleum aka oil of vitroil. You cannot good electrolyte without it. Please backup your statement with some police/court order or RFP document.

Yes we all know its dangerous - so is air (compressed air can kill you) - you dont see people dropping like flies do you?

Pheley oil cap original that but vaccum set connect nahi that but latter I changed the oil cap with vacuum port and connect to the vacuum

To me they look good. but how should i check for bad bearings and whats the standard procedure for checking if pulleys are in spec or bad for my ride. I've Hyundai Santro Club. Please advise.

Aoa zulfiqar bro, I want to ask you an issue which I'm facing from few weeks, I own corolla 2012 1.3 verson, totally petrol driven, 65k km on odo, 1) when I start my car and drive it in morning or sometimes when car is parked for 1 day, it jerks for few seconds and then back to normal, what would be problem for this? 2) Rpm drops when I open lights and then goes back to normal? Waiting for your reply

yes 105 Nm or about 77 lb/ft is correct, make sure that the threads are clean and not greased - if some lube is needed then a very very miniscule coat of nickel antisieze is needed (usually for open ended lug nuts only). In most cases I just wire brush the studs or run a thread chaser on the stud and nut if they are rusty.
