donot adjust this - this is only adjusted ONCE when a new mastercylinder is installed - if you push it forwards you will losepressure in the clutch as it wont have full stroke anymore.
Yourproblem is loss of pressure at the slave cylinder or a worn pilotbearing.

pilotbearing and piston in slave cylinder already changed before sixmonth, can soft line be the culprit ?

Yesterday bleed the entire clutch system change the kit (FIC Japan)of master clutch cylinder and slave cylinder also the mechanic enhance the size of push rod of slave cylinder up to 1/2 inch, in test drive gradually gear shifting become normal.
Today morning I start the engine and press full clutch and try for gear but no result, feels no clutch has been press, after pumping the clutch and also engine get hot gradually the gear shifting get normal even in excellent condition.

Now the questions is,
1) its normal for few days after changing the kit of master and slave clutch cylinders ?
2) should I change both clutch cylinders and clutch plates ?
3) should I check slave cylinder movement on cold engine by pressing clutch.

You mention the clutch "gradually" started to work - this means there is air in the system (I told you its a hell of a job bleeding a clutch). Your current clutch failure can be either a bad master or bad slave cylinder or plain air in the system. Try a reverse bleed.

check the wiring of the o2 sensor, I think they are melted and fused somewhere or are cut up. All these codes pop at once when that happens. The generator control circuit also can be a blown line as the heater circuit for the o2 sensors carry 12V positive.

Thank you very much. Will get it checked as soon as possible. One question though, the 'blown line' you mentioned is electrical, right? So is it melted or... something else?

yes - electrical, more meaning the sense wire, please do check for rodent damage too on your car, pakistani mice love to feast on german car wiring.

slave to master, use a front brake slave (caliper) as your motive force if you are completely strapped of any tooling.

Should i install a thermostat in my fx 88? Its fan is running on direct since a long time so i was thinking to install a t vavle! What are the pros and cons n how can i install it?
(P.s. I always drive it with ac.)

Q1: Where should be the temperature needle when the car is running on ac with direct fan?
Q2: Is the fan of correct size or it is small?
Q3: Where is the T valve attached?

The fuses ECU-B and B2 are for body purposes, e.g. usually the B2 fuse is for immobiliser function but you dont have it. I would suggest you test your interior functionality like outside power mirrors, steering, gauge cluster and stereo/navigation if you have it.

I've got my ride again checked from another electrician.
He checked each and every electrical part.

A tester for joined between the negative terminal of the battery and the negative wire.
We checked every thing by unplugging them , but when we unplugged the Gauge cluster , the complete cluster having speedometer , odo meter etc the current simply dissapeared.
When again it was plugged the current drain again started. I can understand that some current is used for the clock , mileage memory but the current consumption should not be constant.

What i cant understand is that is it possible that a speedo/gauge meter cluster can drain current?? electrician is saying that the cluster needs to be repaired and checked as to why is it using current constantly.

please advise how i should solve this problem? he might end up ruining the cluster panel.

firstly please dont visit hack mechanics who are using "test lamp" to test amperage pull - any car will have some amp pull when its switched off - its for the keep alive memory in the ECU and also other things like the body control module, the gauge module etc. Remove the test lamp and put an ammeter there - then test the system. If your gauges are pulling more than 1 amp then they are bad - they do go bad specially when some hack job like checking the alternator by removing the battery on a running engine test is done or a bad jump start is done. The max amp draw on a shut off car with EFI, clock etc etc is about 0.4 amps.

with test lamp the bulb will glow bright no matter if its pulling half an amp. Unless your electrician has an ammeter built into his vision I doubt he can calculate the amp pull.

A1 = with constant running fan and no thermostat your temperature needle may never rise.

A2 = this is the original equipment fan installed by Suzuki - its completely useless btw. get a better one.

A3 = the thermostat is inside the upper radiator hose elbow on the engine/intake manifold.

the needle showing half is not temperature rise - its considered acceptable operating tempearture, the thermostat valve ensures this temperature is reached very quickly after starting up.

The reason to say to remove the fan and install a better one is for good performance when real summer comes in.

For cost - call around or visit some place where they would sell this.

Oops sorry! I meant to say it goes above middle... U r rite this fan is v noisy! Apoligies again...
