The level of oil is slightly incorrect in yours - It maybe possible that your truck is parked at an incline or something when it was filled.
But the reason you are seeing it full when checked after shutdown is because some oil is still in the cyl head. After parking overnight all of it drips down.
I usually like to see the level slightly lower than full when checked after cold shutdown after fill. (oil also expands when hot).
tip: when filling up engine oil in a 1HD or 1HZ or 13B or 13Z industrial etc. - always pop up the dipstick from its tube so its an air leak This prevents oil from pooling in the cylinder head when filling, If it pools up and takes a while to drip down when charging oil in the engine, it can get sucked into the intake system and hydraulic lock the engine.
Also make sure the dipstick tube and dipstick handle O rings are nice and soft - if they are hard, it will cause air leak and also oil leak.
